Very nice United Club in Austin! Friendly staff ultra clean with several separated rooms, buffet, full bar and work stations!! Stayed here on a layover for about 3 hours, and got relaxed and refreshed!!! The only con is that this particular club is on the small side...

If you have a layover, the United Club is the place to be... Quality food, drinks, seating, and just an all-around great environment to pass time.

This United Club feels very old style and does not have great view much less any windows. That said the seats had electrical units and a full bar. The staff were pleasant and on my visit the Club was not over crowded. The Austin airport can be very crowded so this is a nice place to get away.

Amazing service and the good snacks are back! No more prepacked stuff, we're back to a full salad and taco bar with soup and cookies. Great bartender and attentive staff. I will say this place is looking a little dated as the years go on and it's definitely dark feeling by the bar and lounge without windows and such. And a pro tip, if you're not a United lounge member, check ebay for one-day passes. Many credit cards offer a one-day pass and if people aren't going to use them, you can get them online with instant delivery for ~$20, which beats the $55 day pass rate.

Had a very long day at the Austin airport with a missed flight due to the absurdly long TSA security check. I understand lots of people are flying now, but the TSA certainly is having staffing issues. Anyway, I discovered the United Club lounge at the AUS airport and I took advantage of one of my United club passes. It was a comfortable setting without too much distraction and I just sat in a comfortable chair and worked for many hours. I know they offer drinks and snacks and things, but I kept busy with work and made it in plenty of time to my much later flight! Clean, comfortable and mostly quiet and relaxed environment. I'm certain I'll be using it again

Yup that's about right the rating for this place. Highly anticipated getting into this lounge. Had some minutes to spare before I boarded.. we had 4 passes to get in but 2 wasn't working and even though they were nice about it they did not budge even after we showed them the 4 passes. We had to call our bank and credit card which took forever and they wouldn't budge either. Glitch in the system How frustrating. Another guy saw us struggling with this and even offered to get us in but he was denied lol So 2 of us went in and I wish I sent the other 2 because what they served wasn't all that. Idk what I expected but better food? More quality? Not sure but I tried a bit of each and was left hungry. Ok it's more a snack. But this was our lunch before we boarded. Everything was just a bit cold. Cookies were good though and so was the gummy bears lol it was quite awkward in there. Not restful as a lounge should be. There was a bar and another family with kids. Just all around odd. Everyone was cordial but just felt cold that's all. There is a drink station. I made some strong tea to get me through the day. And then I had to rush to my flight being a tad late in getting seated and boarded on the most turbulent flight ever. Idk if I would love to fly United again. It wasn't the best experience. Flight wise either but the lounge in Austin was bleh. Wish there was more. Helpful reception? Better assortment of food? Just more? Felt lacking that's all. Glad we got in free because not sure if I'd pay for this.

This is another failed attempt at premium service by United. The lounge is smaller than other lounges given AUS is a less busier airport. However they need an overhaul as the place was just slammed on a Friday afternoon. Food offerings are similar to other locations so sub par. The bar area was completely slammed so didn't get to explore it. The washrooms were filthy owing to the number of people maybe they ought to expand. I had to ask them to fix the espresso machine to get my caffeine fix as it wasn't working. Hmm if you have to pay to use this lounge just avoid as one is better of spending the $ at the airport establishments.

Not sure when this United Club opened - but the last time I was at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport a couple of years ago - I don't believe this Club existed. I was thrilled to find a United Club at Austin-Bergstrom! I had a couple of hours before my flight back to IAD - and needed to get some work done. There was plenty of seating available - spread across several different areas - and there were not a lot of travelers in the Club while I was there - so it was nice and quiet while I worked. Love this United Club location! Clean, comfortable, and modern! The one thing I will ding them on is the Men's Restroom is rather small. #UnitedClub

New Club in EWR is great! Food selection is fine and doesn't change too often so you know what to expect.

It's a small lounge, but the ambience is great - modern and well thought out. The little outdoor space is cute and great for nice weather days. Servers behind the bar and food counters were friendly and upbeat. The food was surprisingly good! They had a much better selection of fresh veggies and salad bar items than we've seen at other Sky clubs. The food was always coming out hot and fresh. Would make it a point to come here every time we are at this airport in the future.

And the lounge is beautiful. Tall windows, lots of marble, high ceilings. And it probably is the best in the country. But I was actually amazed at how nice the Austin lounge was and how much I liked it compared. Though smaller than the LGA lounge and not as shiny as Chicago, it is modern and updated. It seems pretty perfect for a quirky south/western town like Austin. Several seating options, most of them in front of large windows. Big, open eating area. And the best of all, they have an outdoor lounge with big screen TVs. If you can handle some plane noise and a little jet fuel, it's a great place to enjoy some soft Texas breezes. The buffet here is one of the better ones I've experienced as well. Lots of cool dips, corn salads, veggies. Also offers things like grilled chicken. Wasn't crowded at all on a Tuesday and everyone was spaced out. Didn't feel cramped or busy at all. And the attendants at the front were super nice and welcoming. This is one of my favorite lounge experiences.

Our sever, forgive me I forgot her name it started with a G and she had an accent, was the epitome of what all servers should strive to be. She was attentive, helpful, friendly, professional, all of the above JUST AMAZING! We dined before a concert and let her know we were in a slight rush and she made sure everything came out coursed but not rushed. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! The oysters and mignonette, steak sliders, truffle mac but omg that halibut stole the show! Mega hats off to the BOH staff, they killed it in every way. Also, if we were sharing and item the kitchen split and plated it for each us, HOW AMAZING! We couldn't decide between dessert since we were so full and short on time we picked the slightly quicker and smaller option; yet still our AMAZING server, G we'll call her, brought us a MINI bananas foster because she knew how much we wanted to try it but were scared of the portion size. I mean can you EVEN???? we felt SO taken care of by her and all other staff around us. everyone was moving with such grace and precision. I literally could not recommend this place enough!!! I've still only gotten the Mini Filet Sandwiches which is center cut filet mignon on toasted brioche buns, Shaft's blue cheese, and onion Jam. I think I even got the same drink last time, the Spicy Margarita with El Jimador Tequila, Patrón Citrónge, fresh lime, jalapeño. It's so good! And the filet minon is $12 and the drink is $10. Even the free bread and butter is amazing sourdough with something added to the butter (maybe cinnamon, I'm not sure). We always just go casual and sit at the bar which is dark and moody but with friendly staff at the place that is typically a fancier dining experience. Go to their website and look at the whole menu for the Happy Hour which is 4p-6:30p every day of the week.

Let me start by saying that I was so impressed with my dinner that I had to ask a server if it was a Michelin star rated restaurant. I highly recommend the half chicken infused with basil, which was a beautiful flavor. The broccolini was my favorite, with the grilled lemony parmesan topping it was a showstopper. Even the french fries, which I was not supposed to eat, were tasty with their own house dip.. I did have a slight bit of food envy though- my friend ordered the filet, which she said was one of the best she's ever had. I'll let you know after I return tonight.!

It was our first visit to The Loren and our first time dining at Nido, making the evening feel like a new adventure before the curtain rose. Nido, located on the top floor of The Loren Hotel, offers one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the Austin skyline. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin create a breathtaking backdrop that elevated our entire dining experience. The menu features a blend of contemporary American and European-inspired cuisine, highlighting seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparation. We ordered the Parisian gnocchi, tempura okra, beef carpaccio, and flatbread. Without question, the standout dish was the gnocchi, which practically melted in your mouth and was rich, delicate, and perfectly executed. The tempura okra was another favorite. The batter was incredibly light, creating a crisp exterior while allowing the okra to remain tender. We both agreed it was so good that we would happily return just for that dish alone. The beef carpaccio was enjoyable, although I felt the seasoning garnish on top distracted slightly from the quality of the meat itself. The flatbread had good flavor, but unfortunately it arrived overly charred. We sat at the bar, though neither of us ordered cocktails...my friend had a long drive home, and I am still recovering from a recent root canal and taking antibiotics. Emily, our server, was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. She took the time to explain the menu, answer questions, and ensure we had a great experience from start to finish. Between the stunning views, memorable dishes, and exceptional service, Nido delivered a wonderful dining experience.
