Facility is nice, newly remodeled, however they like all airport clubs, is overwhelmed the amount of promotions that United does, they need larger facilities.

If you are on the go at Denver, stop by the United Club Fly located near gate B60. The check in is automated, simply scan your boarding pass to enter. I like coming here because they actually have a barista vs a coffee machine. There are coolers for you to grab drinks, premade salads, and sandwiches.

Now open!

I read about this while traveling last week, and realized I was at the popup club literally next door, and didn't realize this one was here! Gotta get yelping on that. This United Club is a "United Club Fly" which is a grab n go location with a small seating (but powered) area. If you are looking for a quick stop with a lot of amenities, this is it. While they do NOT serve alcohol, they have coffee (both self-serve and house-made) as well as a cold drinks case, plus snacks, both dry and in a refrigerated case. There is a lovely encased fire table that acts as a centerpiece that would be perfect if it were snowing outside. I've been going to United Clubs recently, and this is a good addition to the ones already at the airport (there are two others). Enjoy!

Great concept for a fly club. I only wish there was more space to sit down and relax. This location does have a barista that can make any basic coffee base drink. Good selection of cold drinks, snacks and quick grab and go items. This area doesn't feel like your typical united club with full bar, lounge chairs and work spaces. It's more of a quick stop to relax while grabbing something to eat/drink from a fridge and getting back on the road.

This is only a small section of the larger space.

Sky clubs are great places to stop and get some quick complimentary food on the way to your next flight, but on this particular day it was at max capacity. They had a sign posted that one time pass members would not be allowed to enter because of space. The only issue I have with this was the fact that pets were still allowed to enter with their owners. I am not talking service dogs, which would be a different story. As an example, Active duty military and Chase Saphire Reserve card holders would be given entry into this lounge. Just not on this particular day. I had someone behind me overhear the conversation and allowed me to enter as his guest, thus accomplishing what could have been allowed to begin with. It's just an odd way to do business. Either allow everyone to enter, or deny access entirely until people leave. Service in this location was as expected. Clean, decent snacks, and decent views of the airport runway, with ample seating on days that it is not at max capacity.

It's not your typical lounge - it's more like a chic convenience store. The modern ambiance is refreshing, and the barista is a delightful touch. But the real star here is the Greek-style hummus with naan. It's a match made in flavor heaven! Being able to help yourself to goodies adds a homey touch. The food rotates every 2-3 days with a couple of staples. I wish they had more sandwich options, I've had the Roast Beef and cheddar twice this week already. Note there is no hot food here

Club fly is the easy option for gates near 40-60. With grab n go sandwich lunch boxes its quite convenient to connect when you are short of time between connections

They are currently working on one of the sky clubs ! The staff was nice and let us know that one of them were full and we had to go into the temporary one . It was small but we still got to enjoy ourselves and relax .

The grab and go United Club Fly at the high number gate end of Concourse B is simply great. The food is higher in quality and more varied than the regular United Club. Emphasis is on local brands such as Noosa yogurt, Boulder Canyon potato chips. There isn't a bar here but there are baristas to make you fancy coffee drinks. Soft drinks include many flavors of sparkling water. Milk lovers (myself included) rejoice. Milk is available here all day.

They called this cheese sandwich a chicken sandwich

Loud kids, busy day at Denver. Clean bathrooms and food was fine. Great way to get away from the most of Denver airport crowd

Two buffet setups, including a made-to-order station, and the options skew healthy without being boring. Coffee stations, sparkling water, and yes, a Coke Zero dispenser, which sounds small but matters when every other lounge only has regular Coke. Bartenders take their time and actually talk to you instead of slinging drinks like they're punching a clock. Showers are a real perk if you're coming off a redeye, but get on the list early or grab a staff member when you walk in. The toiletries are high-end and smell great. Buffet servers and front desk staff were friendly every interaction. One real gripe: not enough power outlets. Plenty of tables have zero chargers nearby, and when the lounge fills up you end up hunting for a spot. Bring a portable battery if you're depending on a charge before boarding. Go for the food and showers, stay for the bartender pace.

If…read moreyou're flight is leaving from terminal B or C you can still stop by this lounge before your flight since you enter terminal A after passing through security and have the train shuttle downstairs that will get you to the other terminals pretty quick. The lounge has pretty good food options and a nice bar full service bar. The seating area has a view of the tarmac and of the gate areas in terminal A. During peak times the lounge can get pretty packed so if you're a Venture X card holder you can add your name to the waitlist on the capital one app to save some time.

I've been a VentureX customer since they…read moreannounced the lounge, waited a long time for it to not open and not open and not open, finally got in within the first week, loved it for a bit, and it's just gone downhill ever since. They created a "premium" lounge and then have spent the past year eliminating as many of their customers as they can. Wut? I have visited the Denver Cap1 lounge over 30 times. I travel a lot, often for business, and often early. I've been the first person in the door more times than I can count. In 2026, Cap1 has refused me entry more times than it's let me in, and I'm done with them. I got the card for this lounge and now I'm leaving CapitalOne entirely. Back when it was decent/they still allowed guests to enter with card members (that's over now, it's like $65 or something for your partner/secondary card holder to get in!), there were still a lot of issues that have only gotten worse over time. The plumbing was bad from the start. Toilets would back up and fail to flush and I repeatedly had employees tell me that happens all the time. They have huge chairs that sit 4 around a table that could otherwise fit 8. Layout of the lounge isn't conducive to solo travelers - more space should have been allocated for business travel, but instead they prioritized family type seating... and then they banned families. Most recently they have refused me service repeatedly. It's busy on a wait and I have a flight, can I just take food to go? No. I have a redeye well after they're closed for the day, can I come in at 8 or 8:30 and get food/bev and to go food? No, my flight has to be "during the same business day". It boards at 11:09pm, but apparently the business day ends at 9pm for Cap1. Nicely played! They lost my sister when they banned families and have now lost me as a customer for life. They don't want our business anymore so I'm happy to oblige, close the card I opened for access to this lounge, and go spend my premium card dollars elsewhere. After they denied me entry ahead of my redeye (the lounge was at best 1/4 full, there was no practical reason for them to deny me entry) I walked out and canceled my card. They keep telling me to F off so I finally heard them - I'm outie, y'all! BYEEEEE FELICIA!

Has multiple sections, including bar, dining room, and a few nooks for a quieter atmosphere. Has two levels, both essentially the same. The bartender was a little cold and not inviting. The breakfast buffet is something you'd see at an elementary school cafeteria or church gathering--scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon in the metal warming containers. Delta has nicer lounges and more offerings, but this lounge is still much better than sitting at the gate. Since I am not a member, I had to pay 59 dollars for a one time pass.

I politely asked if he could direct me to the correct lounge, as airport staff are typically familiar with the layout of nearby lounges. Instead of offering assistance, he returned my ticket and responded in a very brief and dismissive tone: "Go downstairs and you'll find it." I was not questioning access rules, only asking for simple directions. As a frequent traveler who regularly uses airport lounges, I have never experienced such a lack of courtesy or professionalism. This interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service expected in a premium airport lounge environment Can you do a short version, I want to put on yelp

There are 3 levels. The buffet is on Level 3. Food is ok, cheese plates, some hot items like pasta, ravioli, ans soups, sandwiches, salads etc. There are coffee makers, soft drinks, water, tea, etc. There are 2 bars. You can check your flight status on the big screen. Free wifi. They only allowed you check in to the club 3 hours before your flight. Overall, it is nice to unwind and get some privacy between flights. But if your lay-over is less than 2 hours, it might not be worth it since Denver Airport is very nice with plenty of sofa and lounging chairs. Why not 5 stars: - the club is closed at 9 PM. - food is just ok - bathroom is clean but not enough ventilation... so it can get really stinky! - cost - it does not have other facilities like those international lounges (shower, massage chair, etc.)

It's rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire environment just by being who they are. She is, without a doubt, an outstanding representation of what the United Club experience should be. If every location had someone like Charlie, the bar would be incredibly high. Thank you, Charlie, for making the experience memorable--you are very much appreciated.

Let me start by saying my food experience would've left me giving no stars if I could, but because our server was the goddess she is - I had to upgrade to 5 stars. I ordered the steak frites med rare with sweet potato fries. The first dish took about 45 mins to an hr to come out. I thought, the airport is a busy place it's not a big deal. Unfortunately, when I finally got my food it was very cold. Everything on tasted like it has been sitting there for the whole 45 mins. I let our server know and she immediately apologizes and gets it remade for me. The second time it comes out (now well over an hour since I ordered initially), it's overcooked. Looked like they simply put it back on the grill, but I could be wrong. At this point my partner has already ordered and eaten two separate dishes while I was starving. Whitney felt really bad and I told her I was going to just get food somewhere else and not to worry. Not only did she take it off the bill without me asking, but they came back and gave me a THIRD steak I didn't request. Unfortunately, it came with the wrong fries and no chimichurri. The steak was cooked med-rare as asked so I did end up eating that part. There were also no carrots. She then comes back with a dessert and a healthy magnesium drink on the house to take with me. I mean cmon, talk about fantastic service! I feel service in general has really gone down since covid, but there are still amazing people who seem to really care about what they do and she's one of them. That's what legit customer service is all about and you bet your ass we overtipped her! Bad things can happen, but if you know how to show your customers you care that's all that matters and instead of leaving with a negative outlook on my first visit to Rootdown- I'd actually give it another chance. That's why I'm giving 5 stars instead of 1. Rootdown--give that woman a raise! Steak frites- even when the steak was finally cooked properly, it was mediocre and the accompanying sauces did not complement it well. The fries are also soggy. 4/10 Duck wings 7/10 good flavor but kinda dry Den Sammy 7/10 partner said it was a really good portion size and tasty.
