I have used this company several time before and have dealt with Linda and never had no problem. This time around that was not the case. From the time I called to book the bus the people answering the phone were in a rush and were refusing to answer some question. I finally spoke to Gary who claims he is the owner and did the arrangement with him. The day of my trip the bus arrived on time and we departed to our destination. Prior to everyone getting on the bus I boarded the bus and made the final payment to the driver like I have done in all my trips with this company. En route I collect a tip from everyone and gave to the driver as a token of appreciation again like I have done in all my trips. Upon arrival I made an announcement to all my guest and informed them no one would be allowed back on the bus until the departure time to avoid anything missing as guest were living their belongings on the bus. I spoke to the driver himself and stated to Mr. Vladimir not to let anyone back on the bus until I arrived to avoid any misunderstanding and Mr. Vladimir said fine. I arrived to the bus half an hour prior to the departing time and Vladimir has the bus open and guest were walking in and out of the bus. The driver disregarded what was agreed on when we arrived. I went on the bus and stated to the driver didn't we agree that no one was to board the bus until the departing time. Words was exchanged and Vladimir became irate and took out the tip we had gave him and throw it on one of the chair. Stating he did not need the tip. Vladimir stated he let one of the guest in because she asked him to and I stated to Vladimir I made business with you and I paid you meaning I gave him the final deposit which I believe that would be clear I am throwing the trip. Vladimir became very aggressive in front of my guest and exit the bus. I called Mr. Gary and explained to him what had occurred and he sounded concerned on the phone and stated he was going to call the driver and speak to him and then call me back. A few minutes later Gary called me back justifying his driver decision and apologizing on the company behalves. Gary asked me what was it I needed at that point in time and I said I needed to get my guests home as indicated in our contract signed by me. Gary requested I called him back the following day to address the situation and I agreed. Driver came back on the bus looking upset and his driving was a little off hand but nothing was thought of it. Upon arriving back at the drop off destination Vladimir exited the bus and open the door to where the luggage goes and started throwing people's property on the sidewalk as I was later informed by the guest. once all the belongings were removed off the bus he sped off. I apologized to the guests and stated I would speak to Gary "the owner" the following day. The following day I called Gary and identify myself and explained what had occurred after our phone call upon arrival at our drop off destination with the guest's property. In the middle of me explaining to him Gary became very unprofessional and kept interrupting me stating that what I was stating was a lie because the driver been with him for so many years and why didnt I mention that when I called him the previous day. I informed Gary this occurred after our conversation that is why it wasn't mention. Gary kept interrupting me and would not let me finish my statement. Gary stated it was against the law not to let them board the bus if they were standing out there and that is why the bus driver took it upon himself to let them in. I stated to Gary why when I spoke to him and asked him not to let anyone on the bus before our departing time he agreed and not inform me I was breaking a law with this directive. Gary stated it was hot and the guest needed to be in the bus I informed Gary we were on a trip to a water park and the temperature were not scorching so the guest could have stayed in the park until the time it was agreed in the contract. Gary refused to comprehend how I felt being I was the person throwing the trip and I was the one who signed the contract with the company so the driver should listen to my request which was put in placed to protect everyone's belonging and to avoid any problem with belonging missing. I told Gary the reason there is a designated person who communicates with the driver is to avoid 56 people running a circle on the bus and to keep some kind of organization. Gary refused to understand why I felt it was a problem with this driver taking it upon himself to act opposite of what I requested and he agreed on and also throwing the money at me/on a chair and yelling he does not need our tip. I informed Gary I will not be using his company any more due to this leaving a bad experience which hadn't occurred before. I truly believe this business has gone down hill once Linda left and they have workers who act unprofessional and they are no consequences to their actions. read more

We have used this bus company twice in the last couple of years. They go beyond your expectations. They are professional from the beginning to the end. Tony, our bus driver, is simply the best. Very accommodating, reliable, and knowledgeable. Most of all, he is a very safe driver. I would recommend this company and bus driver to everyone, except for when we will need Tony in the near future. He is our DRIVER!!!! In their office I have worked with Gary, who is so professional and helpful in arranging our trip. Very easy to work with and you get the feel of true honesty, which is rare today. We used 2 buses from United Coach Line for our annual youth football team trip to Metlife Stadium for the NYJets vs Buffalo Bills football game. Gary and his team made it very easy to book the trip and were diligent in providing updates prior to the trip. The actual day went perfectly. The drivers arrived ahead of time. They assisted the group in loading the bus, plenty of room for coolers, chairs and tables under the bus. The buses were immaculately clean. If you want good buses at a great price this is what you need. United Coach Line has top of the line buses that are pure luxury and comfortable at a great price. I highly recommend this bus company. We have our yearly trip that is a 3.5 hrs long for the past 6 years; I haven't had a comfortable ride as I did in this bus, it's spacious, equipped with Wifi (something that our youth loved) and working DVD players.The staff are punctual, courteous and great drivers. From the moment Linda answered the phone until our driver Dan said "Thank you , Goodbye" the service was excellent!!! Our bus was beautiful, clean, had wifi and ac outlets.Our driver not only knew the roads, he knew side roads when we hit traffic and made our family outing on time. I recently hired this company to provide 3 buses to take friends and family from the five towns to chelsea piers in manhattan. the buses were beautiful, clean and arrived 1/2 hour early. the drivers were courteous and professional. all the equipment (dvd players) worked properly. these were mercedes benz buses and they made quite a nice impression on the family. i couldn't be more pleased and i highly recommend. they were very competitive with their rates. read more
