I get the mower back and after a week the mower won't start, my fault for not thinking of the battery, but since I got an almost $500 service I thought the battery was checked. They came and got it and the battery was shot, I could walk to the business from my house and they charged me $90 to bring it there and look for 5 minutes to tell me the battery was shot and would not budge on it after they did a BS service and not checking the battery. Shame on me for not double checking their work after they brought it back. They said it started so I guess that was good enough. I will never use them again and hope others read these.

Awful employees working this location. Two times now have I driven 30 minutes to get my dog washed…read moreand was there by 6:30, the store closing at 8. And I have been turned away to get my dog washed due to two dogs being dried when I walked in. I was told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. If I'm in the store to groom by dog before your closing time of the dog grooming station it should not be allowed to turn customers away.

It is absolutely disgusting. now I haven't been to a ton of wash places as I usually do it at home... But I started going to Rumford pet a couple years ago. I figured $15 was pretty good when they offered everything and I didn't have to bend and put strain on my back etc. Very clean place. So I thought going to tractor supply it was probably the same thing. But I don't think they clean up in between dogs. When I went, only one spray was working. The other one was squirting out all different ways. And it was absolutely filthy. It's like they had five dogs in there previously and no one ever cleans it. The floor was horrendous. Even the tub and the handle that you hose with was absolutely disgusting. Who wants to bring their dog to clean them only to have them get out of a filthy tub and onto a filthy table? I know it was only $10 but still if you're going to pay for a service give the customers a decent place to work with. Especially since when I left there was a couple employees literally standing around doing nothing They could have gone in there to clean. But they didn't. I definitely don't recommend them for that.
