Cause i should have read this before they applied for me at the dr office...im in the process of looking to buying a home and i thought well if it works it would be so worth it i read the pamphlet and it seemed feasible i was finance for 4200 i need 6700 i thought ok thats not to bad i can pay the other 2500 for the surgery and everything seemed fine my rep Greg Lehmann sent me an email going over everthing and there it was Service fee of 2798.83....really after running my credit reading the pamphlet no where was i informed of the service fee!!already out of pocket im paying the remainder 2500 and the 2798.83 service fee that is way more than i am being financed for. How the Heck does that make since and why does the office use them for finacing cant wait to ask my dr. Hitting social media next!! This place is a joke. My rep was Luis N. He told me I was approved for $4,000 which was exactly what I needed. So I was so geeked!!! He told me he was sending a email to me about my approval. If I agree then sign and we will go from there. I go to my email and start reading. I see a fee of $2,997 for a fucking service fee. Basically it stated I would owe the $4,000 plus the $2,997 plus 19% APR(unless I pay it off in 12 months). So I was extremely pissed and my feelings was hurt because I felt cheated! U approve me for $4,000 but basically say u will be charged an extra $3,000 basically owing back $7,000 and if I don't pay that off in a ye 19% APR will be added from day one. BULLSHIT! Now I'm back to square one. If I had an extra $3,000 I wouldn't need y'all. That's so crazy how y'all take advantage of ppl. A lot of ppl really need the money and yes you approve them but shit they gotta give you an arm and a leg bag when it's time to pay it back. read more

I'm a bit discouraged with my experience so far. The easy part was applying and getting communication regarding using the service. Now, I feel like the process has come to a stand still. In my case, they only send contracts when procedure is within 30 days. This is cutting it close but it's fine. I sent required docs before 30 days and had radio silence. I called right within the 30 days and then was sent the contract. Heard nothing. I emailed my sales person and hardly got a response. I called and got him on the phone and he says I didn't send in the documents. I let him know I did at least a week before. He reviews it and say my bank statement didn't work. Ok, same day sent the correct one. Heard nothing back. I call his manager and then I get an email from my sales person that the document was received and to look out for an email. At this point, I'm three weeks away from my surgery, so understandably, I'd like to iron this out. I don't receive a call that day and I call my sales person, who doesn't answer. I call his manager again and she tells me that my bank statement was rejected. She tells me what she sees and it the original one I sent that was already known to me as incorrect. I let her know I sent the correct one, which she doesn't see in my file. Ok, I email it to her directly. That's where I stand as of today. I don't know it they dont want my money, in reference to the extremely high service fee or what. I'll see how it goes, but my time is tight and it seems like the only way I find out about the hiccups is if I reach out. I'll update this once a decision is made one way or another. So far, my process is complete. I ended up working directly with Lori, a manager. She was extremely helpful and I am pleased with the service I was provided. read more

stay away! they do not give you the ability to see what you are signing until after you sign one piece of a 14 page document. They do not allow co- signers! You Are baited into a 0 percent interest loan but sign paperwork for a 24.99 percent loan and if you wish to make extra payments every month on your own to avoid this interest you have to remember to make that extra payment on top of your autodraft. they will NOT allow you to set it up this way in hopes you forget and then they get to collect that ridiculous interest rate! read more

Do not fall for this! We needed $10K for a procedure and we ended up waiting, building up the rest of the funds, because we still could not pay for it. That, apparently, is not the amount you get, as the (get this) $3,400 is the fee "built-in". Then there is interest at 17.99%, unless you pay it off in 12mo. Let me put it in straight numbers - you just agreed to pay 94% of what you actually get, right off the bat, interest excluded. In other words, $6,600 is available to us, and $3,400 goes down the drain from the moment you sign. Did I not mention 17.99% interest rate that goes on top of that? * The amount your Doctor's office will credit you is $6,600.00 * Your monthly payment will be $361.47 for 36 months * There is a service fee of $3,400.00 that is integrated into your payment plan. So the amount that you will be financing is $10,000.00, however your Doctor's office will only credit you $6,600.00 towards your procedure. * Your interest rate is 17.99%, but if you pay the entire financed amount of $10,000.00 off within 12 months then the interest would be waived Again, do not fall for this! read more

If I had a choice, this would NOT be a financing option. However, it was the only company I was approved for, with the amount I needed. The interest rate is ridiculous, but when you're needed surgery, options are limited. The customer service is horrible. The ask for documents multiple times, the ask again. The person I was working with initially abruptly left the company. So I had re qualify and re-send info again.The only reason I found out the person left is because after several weeks of waiting for a response, I had to reach out. I was then told another company Special Finance took over my loan. I then had to call this company and do the same thing all over again. I was then told I had to make a payment immediately. I did not know where to make the payment too. I was never sent any documents to verify, never received any emails for payment information. I called back and the Special Finance number did not work. I call United Medical and they bounce accountability between me and the Special Finance people. I was then told the payment will be drafted automatically. I asked for a billing statement or receipt for payment and never received one. The only reason I gave a star is because the did approve my loan. Even though I have to pay a significant interest, they're getting almost $4000 profit on the loan. This is a shady company with shady horrible customer service. Loan and billing statements should automatically be sent. I've made two payments and still don't know where its going or if its received - since I've never received a receipt. read more

I have excellent credit and was approved for a loan on 10/23. The terms were great so I sent in the requested docs right away. I didn't hear anything back the next day so I sent a follow up. the reply just said that my file was noted. That was Friday. I receive a request via email for the same docs on Monday. I re-sent. Later in the day I received a phone call stating that the terms were no longer available as of Friday of the prior week. This company wasted my time and energy. They were patient and able to answer my questions as this was my first time getting a loan. The process was pretty quick and came through right on time to pay for my surgery! I do suggest grabbing an email as sometimes it's hard/time consuming to go through the customer service number and get a hold of someone you're looking for. Also, if you're in a different time zone (they're EST, I'm PST) make sure you call within the right hours. At first I was worried I wouldn't get approved as I'm 21, doing this on my own, and not too sure if my credit experience was enough. I asked for $3000 and was told I would be charged an additional $2000 service fee, on top of 19% interest. Damn! I know I don't have the greatest credit, but damn! I was only trying to take advantage of the interest free 24 months. I will never refer this place or speak anything good about it.
