I'm not going to lie, I was a little intimidated by all the loiterers and security guards, but once inside I was surprised at how nice it was. I've never been to a true inner city Kroger before and damn, it's better than the one a mile down the street from my house (which is still considered inner city in Columbus). It sort of reminded me of a Market District. I was only there to grab a few snacks and drinks for my room and everything was really easy to find. While it was somewhat busy there, there were a ton of self check out kiosks so I was in and out in a jiffy. If I lived in downtown Cincy I could definitely see myself shopping here. There's even parking!

The cake itself was so charming with the mermaid theme! I chose marble cake base and the whipped topping option and loved how it wasn't overly sweet. Kudos to the bakery team for whipping up such a whimsical, tasty cake!! We all enjoyed it!

I spent hours and made a birthday cake with the cream for my husband that evening and then found out the heavy cream had bitter taste and ruined the whole cake and the special family night! I went to return the heavy cream, explained the issue and suggested them to check the shelf to make sure nobody else will experience the same issue. Obviously they did not care, and did not apologize... They always had bad response for returns even it was absolutely not the customer's fault! Do customer deserve more than just getting the several bucks' refund? What about all the time and efforts and more caused by your bad products? Not a sorry, not a good face...?

we were just in there at 10:40 on june 24th, and whoever the big y'all guy at the register was with a beard is the rudest person i've come across. he asked my husband what he got to ring it up, when my husband didn't tell him i guess exactly what he was asking for he let out a sigh and a huge eye roll. if it weren't for my husband being there i would've flipped out on him. horrible experience, will NOT be back to this udf!! only thing to expect is attitude. read more

At the counter was a bowl full of peoples tickets, so I thought I had to give my ticket to her and pay. When the food was ready and I handed the server the ticket she said no, you gotta go to another kiosk to pay for it. So off I go back to the first kiosk I was at. Paid for it but had to have the manager help me figure out how to use my mobile app to get the points as there was no prompt on the screen to scan anything. So you just scan your phone at any time and it goes on your app. So off I go back to the food counter and waited again for the okay to grab my food and ask for a bag. The girl said ok you can take it now but bags are over there by the kiosk. Ok...I turn around sandwiches in hand and a nice customer was already heading towards me with a bag smiling like "I been there". He said if you ever get bowl with a lid, the lids don't stay on so make sure you tie the bag in a not over the bowl like this. (He showed me his bag). So I appreciated the kind man helping me lol. Now that I know the process it will go better next time. Noob!!! Lol
