I explained I would not need them and was told at first you were not taking anything back due to the Covid 19 and as I continued to talk the young lady finally decided to check with her supervisor and came back with the only way to get them returned was to pay for the cost of the return shipping (not sure if it would have been the 15.00 to send them). I have ordered from you for awhile and to not even be offered a courtesy return since we do purchase a nice amount was rather disappointing. I will not be making anymore purchases and would not recommend this company to any of my friends. They did a horrible job fitting my wheelchair, and in my experience, Mike did not properly fit the chair to my needs.The customer service was also extremely disappointing. There is a woman who works there who uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately, I found her to be very rude and unhelpful during my experience with the company.What has been even more frustrating is how difficult the return process was. I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee.After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company. I expected a company specializing in mobility equipment to genuinely care about making sure their customers were properly fitted and treated with respect, but that was not my experience. I personally felt like the focus was more on the money than on the customer. I would not recommend U2 Mobility based on my experience.
