Steve spent quite a bit of time listening to my concerns of finding a mobile scooter suitable for me. He explaind the different features of different scooters and we settled on the one I had in mind. I rode it around inside the store and also outside and into the parking lot, all the time Steve ran interferance for me. It was delivered a few days later by Rob and James who made sure the threshold ramp fit in front of my patio door, and that it fit the width of my door easily. My husband suffered a spinal cord injury in 2021 and I have worked with them on a couple of projects and have been surprised by the compassion and respect they have all demonstrated during these difficult years. We had a VPL and a Flexstep installed for my husband throughout the years, and through it all, the team at 101 Mobility has been amazing. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation. Gus and Sergio (installers) are top notch!! Truly professional. Doah and Teresa have been wonderful at communicating with me and the patience they have shown me is unbelievable for a company. When someone gets so seriously injured and their mobility is so drastically affected there is so much desperation. Not just in the injured person's life, but also in the world of devices that are now necessary. It is all so incredibly expensive, but I have never felt pressured by 101 to purchase anything.
