Josue took the time to talk with me on the phone and answer all my questions and sent photos of the inspection.

SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER ALERT!!!…read more I really wanted to support a family-owned business, which is why I chose this shop despite seeing some mixed reviews. I brought my car in because the clutch pedal was stuck on the floor. I suspected the slave cylinder had failed, and owner Rueben agreed. He also recommended replacing the clutch master cylinder at the same time in order to complete the repair, so I agreed. When I was told the car was ready, I asked if the clutch had been inspected since the work was already being done near the shift fork and slave cylinder. I was told it looked good, but later found out it had never actually been checked. After picking up the car, the clutch pedal had the exact same symptoms as when I first brought it in. Instead of the original issue being resolved, I was then told the clutch itself was the problem. That left me confused because I had previously been told everything seemed fine. I wanted to give this shop the benefit of the doubt and support a local family business, but I left disappointed. More thorough diagnostics, better communication, and confirming the repair actually fixed the original complaint before returning the vehicle would have made a big difference. He didn't want to work with me and told me to get out of the shop lol. 1400.00 to fix nothing. Rueban you're Scammer. A Crook. lol

So I called Four Wheel back and spoke to Robert. He got me one, and shipped it the same day. We recently drove from Huntington Beach to Four Wheel Campers in Woodland, CA for a scheduled…read morecamper transfer appointment. We even stayed overnight to make sure we could be there on time, expecting that the manufacturer and dealership would be the most qualified people to help with the process. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When issues were discovered during the transfer, including a broken turnbuckle, we were essentially told there was nothing they could do. It was surprising that the company that literally builds these campers wasn't willing or able to help resolve the problem. Instead, we were referred to a former employee for assistance. To make matters worse, we were told only one turnbuckle was broken and the other three were fine. Later, we discovered additional hardware was missing altogether--something that should have been caught during inspection. What really stood out was the difference in service we received elsewhere. After being turned away by Four Wheel Campers, we went to All Terrain Campers and they were incredibly helpful. They took the time to assess the situation, answer questions, and help us find solutions instead of sending us away. The contrast in customer service was night and day. The camper itself is fantastic, and we're excited to own a Four Wheel Camper. However, the customer service and support we received at the Woodland dealership left a lot to be desired. After driving 8+ hours for an appointment at the manufacturer's own facility, we expected a much higher level of assistance, communication, and attention to detail.

Five stars aren't enough for this dealership!…read more I've been doing business with Hoblit Dodge for over 10 years, and somehow they just keep getting better. Whether I'm buying a new truck or selling one, they always treat me right. This time, they gave me the best offer for my truck, and I was in and out of the dealership with a check in my hand in less than 25 minutes. The entire process was fast, easy, and completely hassle-free. What really impressed me, though, was how they treated my family. I had my special needs son with me, and one of the salespeople noticed he was fascinated by the fish tank. They handed him some fish food and let him feed the fish, which absolutely made his day. That small act of kindness meant more to us than they probably realize. A huge thank you to Josh Joseph and Chris B. Their customer service went way above and beyond anything I expected. They made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. Great prices, outstanding customer service, and genuinely caring people--that's why my family and I keep coming back. My family and I HIGHLY recommend Hoblit Dodge. There simply isn't a better dealership!

Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash. They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator. That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.
