This time, they gave me the best offer for my truck, and I was in and out of the dealership with a check in my hand in less than 25 minutes. The entire process was fast, easy, and completely hassle-free. What really impressed me, though, was how they treated my family. I had my special needs son with me, and one of the salespeople noticed he was fascinated by the fish tank. They handed him some fish food and let him feed the fish, which absolutely made his day. I thought the labor price at $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum was a bit steep, but this is Commiefornia. I called the day before and talked to Kaley to ask if they had an RV dump and could we utilize it while we were there. She stated sure, no problem. Upon our arrival today, we were greeted by Chris. After he finished up with a customer, we started the conversation about us showing up early to use the RV dump. He stated he wasn't aware of the approval and said that he'd have to wait until Kaley showed up. He did not make any effort to contact her to verify the approval and he never got back to me. He stated that he had me in for 2-hours on the dash radio repair and an hour on the door awning. I declined the work on the door awning as I'm going to replace the motor myself and save $200. He then questioned when we would like the RV back. I told him that we are going to wait for it. He stated that it might be done by the end of the day. I then reiterated to him that when I made the appointment, it was to be completed while we wait. Chris contacted the service technician on the phone and told him I was here. The service technician (Harry) stated that he would be there in 15 minutes to start the work. 25 minutes later, Harry walked out of the parts department and stated that he had to run and get a part that one of the techs broke on another job. We left to go get food and came back 45 minutes later and nothing was started. I walked into the reception area and asked Chris where Harry was. He stated he was in our Bus working on the problem. I proceeded to walk to our Bus to check on progress. Guess what? No Harry and nothing had been completed. By this time, it was almost 12:15 and we had been there since 10am. I proceeded to ask for my keys back since this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Chris couldn't find my keys and supposedly Harry had them in his pocket and would be back soon. Then less than a couple of minutes, Chris came out with our keys. This place is a joke. They never apologized for Harry not being here on time to work on our RV, then disregarding our appointment and sending Harry to get parts for another job while we just stood there waiting for someone to start working on our RV. I will NEVER recommend this establishment as their customer service skills suck sweaty donkey balls. Chris told me that if he was scheduling the appointment, it wouldn't have been scheduled for a waiter appointment. I don't really care who scheduled it, we were told there was a 2-hour window blocked out for them to fix our RV. They out and out lied to us. We wasted fuel and our time just to be given the proverbial run around. Stay away from this place if you want your RV serviced. The technician Harry also reeked of alcohol and that should not be acceptable. They may do great body work, but they need remedial training on customer service. Caveat Emptor

They were so understanding about our situation and they were able assess it, order parts, and complete the repair within 2 weeks, saving our trip! I don't usually write reviews, but people need a heads-up before wasting time here…read more I booked an online appointment for Friday 1/9/2026 at 3pm for my 2017 Chevy Volt because it threw "Service High Voltage Charging System" and a check engine light. When I got there, the service manager German Franco said that was too late in the day (despite the appointment) and told me Volt diagnostics take hours, pulled codes, and told me to come back Monday. I drop the car off Monday 1/12 around 8:40am. I call at 12:15pm just to get a status update and they don't get back to me until about 1:20pm. Then I get the call: they say they found a coolant leak and recommend replacing a hose in the surge tank / aux battery pump area. The quote was about $966 total, and that included the $235 diagnostic (1 hour labor). What bothered me wasn't just the price. It was how everything got handled after I questioned it. When I pushed for a real breakdown (what part number, what exactly am I paying for, why is this almost $1,000 for a hose-related repair), I didn't get a straight answer or a proper written itemized estimate I could take with me. I also signed their work order but didn't get a copy of what I signed. At pickup (around 2pm Monday), I was visibly upset and the service manager offered to waive the $235 diagnostic as "customer satisfaction," and it was discussed in connection with me not leaving a negative review. I didn't take that. I actually insisted on paying the $235 because I wanted a clean paper trail and documentation for what they did. On Thursday 1/15, I called again asking for the missing info by email (copy of the signed RO/work order + itemized estimate/OEM part number). I was told they "don't do that," that I have to come in person, and the call ended with him saying he was "done talking to me." I took it to an independent mechanic and the issue was handled for about $277 total including their own diagnostic. If you're okay with "come in person" for basic paperwork and a quote you can't verify in writing, fine. If you want transparency, I'd avoid this place.

I was lucky enough to find Nick's NorCal Road Service located in West Sacramento. The shop has a garage that is big enough to service a class motorhome. Nick's technicians completed the job within an hour. The price was very reasonable. Nick's shop also offers services that are related to any heavy duty diesel and gas truck engines. The shop also offers services such as electrical work that are related to the RV house itself. Some of these services can also be offered in mobile. If you have a RV that needs some work done, I highly recommend you to take your RV to his shop. You will not be disappointed.
