I was looking for a company to dispose of my 86 year old father's 5th wheel that had major water damage. I contacted a few companies who were way out of my price range and pushy which was very discouraging. I came across RV Doctor George and emailed them about the situation at the end of January. Billy and Eden were very responsive with emails and phone calls, asked for pictures, and worked with me. We set up a day to pick up the trailer and 2 men named Jay and Scott came out. My father has a hard time letting go of things (basically a hoarder) and they were extremely kind, caring, and very patient with him. They let him know he was helping someone in need by letting go of the trailer. Jay let me know privately that the trailer was beyond any type of repair and would probably be stripped down to the frame. I asked for a roof rack out of stainless steel or aluminum. What I got was metal pipe that rusted in 3 months. Have called and left messages as well as emailed with no response. I had to remove the rack so it doesn't cause rust marks when it rains. I even offered to buy the aluminum rack and they install and we're even. No response. :( This place is barely able to stay in business let alone stand by their work. You're better off going elsewhere. read more

When trying to improve the cooling on my absorption fridge I needed a few items that were nearly impossible to find on line. Remembered I had seen the RV Doctor web site years ago and decided to stop by and see if I could find what I was looking for. This place is AMAZING for someone like me who loves doing things myself. TONS of used RV parts going back decades. This place is a gold mine for someone doing a restoration or just needs a hard to find part for an older RV. Very friendly people but expect to do some looking for what you need. In the end I was able to find everything I needed for my project and at a reasonable price. Yesterday I was rear ended with my pop up about .2 miles from my appt at Dr. George. Mike, a tech from Dr. George, was on his way for a coffee, saw the accident and turned around to help me out. He towed my distroyed pop up to Dr. George. Billy, Eden, and Mike were so kind and helpful in helping me through the terrible aftermath and store the rv for a day to get it towed out. They have a lady there that doesn't understand that they are selling used parts. if we have to find it ourselves you should be able to give us a way better discount. An A/C ceiling assembly that they had were missing parts and they tried selling it to me for $100.00 there was one online for the same price fully assembled so instead of her saying "Oh where did you see that?" Bought a rig, and was promised a scrub and a fix on a lock before pick up, but after inspection. Repair guy drilled holes in the roof and lft old socks and rotten baby clothes in it. So much for what they said. Repairs on the roof quoted at 1900-2500$$$. We never approved or asked for roof work. The guy running the show "Billy" was much more concerned with filming the reality show they are doing, than finding the lost keys to the rig. Smh. This place seems cool. Called and emailed them pictures and videos of repairs but got reply 5 days later with the good ol "you need a whole new roof". Little did they know someone actually came out within the 5 days and physically inspected it, told me to climb on top and showed me what it needed. Far from the thousands new roof cost. Great start. I politely tell them I will be doing the re-seal but was looking for someone to coat it. They didn't offer so I guess they don't coat roofs but will slap a new one. Makes sense, I wonder how many people just drop off and get taken for. Along with roof pictures I sent them damages to an inside wall. Their estimate was $900 to $5600 to repair. Pretty broad number without any kind of explanation or offer to physically inspect for better view. That just tells me this place doesn't want my business. read more

I highly recommend RV Dr George. Our refrigerator wasn't working in our motorhome. Allied told us that we needed a new one for $2,000 and it it would take over a week. We called Dr George and they said it didn't sound like it needs a new unit, bring it in and will diagnose it. They charged us just the diagnosis fee quoted, and after testing on electric and propane, we are very happy to report that our RV refrigerator is working fine with a burner cleaning & pressure adjustment. Even checked pressure in 6 tires for us. Skilled and knowledgeable honest and reasonably priced! Can't thank Billy and the Team enough, my heartfelt thanks, for going above and beyond with all the time and attention to detail on even the minor jobs needing some TLC on my Class C. The double coating on the roof took a little longer than expected but was well worth the wait. Because I had traveled over an hour away from their business, the Team went out of their way to accommodate me overnight with electrical hookup and complete repairs early the next morning. I love this place! I have a vintage trailer which I am restoring. RV Doctor George is an amazing boneyard for RV's and Travel Trailers. You never know what you will find and the amount of parts they have is incredible. Prices are more than fair and when I bought a cooktop and oven door they told me that if either didn't fit, just bring them back with the receipt and they are glad to give me a refund. You are welcome to sift through the warehouse for parts and do yourself a favor, bring a good flashlight because it helps. Walk around out back too, you never know what you will find. My husband is out looking for parts for our vintage trailer and says we will never, ever shop at RV Doctor George. He parked and walked up toward their door where someone working there was talking to another person. As he approached they finished their conversation and the worker shut the door and locked it. The sign says open but clearly they are not interested in providing service. We are long time customers of Allied Trailer Supply who recommended we check with this place for some harder to find items. Bad customer service they came out and fixed my awning which they did a pretty good job they told me I owe them 175 and I paid them 200 because they responded pretty quickly couple weeks later I had a leak in the back of my RV I called them two days in a row and texted RJ two times never got a response out of anybody I don't know what the problem is but they need to work on their customer service it's not good I went to someone else much much better company.. Hi I am Davey, THE RV DOCTOR has been working on my Totally Nifty 1969 Holiday Rambler 29 foot trailer. Work done so far, recoating my roof, install my new AC., 3 new roof vents, an excellent used BUT like new referigater from Billy's huge warehouse of diverse used and new parts . Everything so far has been done excellently. They have much more to do like put in a grey water tank, repair some floor rot, get my oven working , repair or replace my warped entry door, exterior electric cord door, outside shower, BBQ gas Plug in, 110 outlet on door side towards rear of camper, install some long lasting greaseable leaf spring shackles and so forth. Billy is Mr Big there and is very knowledgable and a pleasure to know. Robert is the Technician working on my Rambler and is extremely knowledgeable in newer rigs as well as the vintage ones like mine and does fantastic work and he is very fast . The shop moves along smoothly but there is a line of rigs that need to get done ahead of you so be patient and remember your not the only FROG in the Pond, others are getting their rigs done as well so be PATIENT !!
