What an honor and privilege to write a review for RV-Time. Our refrigerator caught fire in our MB…read moreSprinter while dry camping; we think it was due to poor workmanship done on the refrigerator by another mobile RV company. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

My second review for RV Time. I took it in for general axle maintenance, wheel bearing repack, seal…read morereplacement, and suspension inspection. They found a minor problem with an outer bearing and replaced it. They took pictures, and saved the bearing to show me the problem. Best part with this place is not just the excellent work they do but the communication too. I've heard nightmare stories from friends about other RV repair places/dealerships. Fortunately, I've only brought mine to RV Time and it's exceeded my expectations. If you live anywhere near this place, I'd highly recommend bringing your rig here. Great family owned business.

Words cant describe how great my experience was here. I did everything online a state away. They…read moregot me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and felt was worthy. The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one. From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email. They scheduled me a service repair well beyond hours, made it easy. I feel completely confident my new RV will be fixed and make for the rest of summer trips to be fabulous! Next trip.. Grand Canyon! Per the body shop that did the…read morerecent work, they found Happy daze used duck tape and other inappropriate materials to fix our trailer. STAY away for your own good. Nothing but bad body work bad customer service. Oh and the work happy daze did cost almost $12,000. The work the body shop did $1700. Smh

They were so understanding about our situation and they were able assess it, order parts, and complete the repair within 2 weeks, saving our trip! So first off things went pretty smooth as expected. I was given an appointment time with a 2-hour…read morewindow to get my RV worked on since I had a minor electrical issue. I thought the labor price at $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum was a bit steep, but this is Commiefornia. I called the day before and talked to Kaley to ask if they had an RV dump and could we utilize it while we were there. She stated sure, no problem. Upon our arrival today, we were greeted by Chris. After he finished up with a customer, we started the conversation about us showing up early to use the RV dump. He stated he wasn't aware of the approval and said that he'd have to wait until Kaley showed up. He did not make any effort to contact her to verify the approval and he never got back to me. He stated that he had me in for 2-hours on the dash radio repair and an hour on the door awning. I declined the work on the door awning as I'm going to replace the motor myself and save $200. He then questioned when we would like the RV back. I told him that we are going to wait for it. He stated that it might be done by the end of the day. I then reiterated to him that when I made the appointment, it was to be completed while we wait. Chris contacted the service technician on the phone and told him I was here. The service technician (Harry) stated that he would be there in 15 minutes to start the work. 25 minutes later, Harry walked out of the parts department and stated that he had to run and get a part that one of the techs broke on another job. We left to go get food and came back 45 minutes later and nothing was started. I walked into the reception area and asked Chris where Harry was. He stated he was in our Bus working on the problem. I proceeded to walk to our Bus to check on progress. Guess what? No Harry and nothing had been completed. By this time, it was almost 12:15 and we had been there since 10am. I proceeded to ask for my keys back since this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Chris couldn't find my keys and supposedly Harry had them in his pocket and would be back soon. Then less than a couple of minutes, Chris came out with our keys. This place is a joke. They never apologized for Harry not being here on time to work on our RV, then disregarding our appointment and sending Harry to get parts for another job while we just stood there waiting for someone to start working on our RV. I will NEVER recommend this establishment as their customer service skills suck sweaty donkey balls. Chris told me that if he was scheduling the appointment, it wouldn't have been scheduled for a waiter appointment. I don't really care who scheduled it, we were told there was a 2-hour window blocked out for them to fix our RV. They out and out lied to us. We wasted fuel and our time just to be given the proverbial run around. Stay away from this place if you want your RV serviced. The technician Harry also reeked of alcohol and that should not be acceptable. They may do great body work, but they need remedial training on customer service. Caveat Emptor
