After 45 minutes I called and they told me they got 'caught up' and assured me they'd be here in 15 more minutes. They never showed up, didn't answer my calls and wasted my time. I called and spoke to a young lady about having a key made. She told me "it's going to start off at $120." She then took down the location of the car and then I asked her how much it would be for someone to come out. She then tells me "That will be $13." I then say it's $13 to come out and a "minimum of $120 for the key". Keyword there is "miniumum". The young lady told me I was wrong, confusing things and that "$120 is the baseline". I then told her I would have to pay at least $120 for the key, that the price could go up, etc. She then said "yes". I then told her there was no difference between least and minimum. She started going off on a tangent and I hung up on her. Take this one star. read more
