Amazing people. We limped in there in a broken down Odyssey, on a long road trip, totally frustrated. They couldn't help us in terms of service, but Shannon gladly checked the car out, gave us outstanding advice, and got us where we needed to to go, with a smile, and asked for nothing. We had a problem with o noise coming from our car. Shannon diagnosed it immediately and was correct. A part just had to be tightened to correct the problem. It did not take them much time to do it and they did not charge us for the procedure. I recently moved to Oakland and was in need of a good mechanic. I have been going to my original mechanic for 15 years, he is honest, fair $$$, and dependable. With that said, I knew it would be hard to find a new mechanic with the same traits. Now I'm not car savvy by any stretch of the imagination but I know a few things. My front end sounded like it was going to fall apart any second, i.e. sounded expensive to fix and going to a new mechanic with no idea of what could be going on with the front end was unpleasant, I guess because it could literally be anything. Dropped the car off after work (around 7PM) and left the key in the office (very flexible and it's nice to be able to drop the car off after hours) and left my number. Next day I expected a call with a laundry list of what is wrong with my front end. Needless to say, I was surprised to find out that my front end mounts were lose and needed to be tightened! That's it! I was charged a very nominal fee which is unheard of! and the noise is now gone and has been for a while now. I really appreciate their honesty, they could have made something up and replaced it, none the wiser! But they didn't. I'm glad I was able to find an honest, reasonable mechanic I can use going forward. I definitely recommend taking your business here, I wasn't disappointed at all and you won't be either! read more

Best auto repair shop I've ever used. Jim and his assistant, Shannon, understand the value of honesty, integrity and customer service.

I am so incredibly upset with these guys.. they at first seemed like nice honest guys but seemed to be absolute morons. I built my car that ran for two hours before I brought it to them for a low voltage problem. They said they put gas in it and it ran.... a little odd if you ask me. But then in some mysterious way they blew a rod out the bottom of the oil pan..... they claimed it was hydro locked.. then why not pull the plugs and do it like a normal person would. . But my coolant was clean. No oil... not a blown head gasket. Theu never even bled the fucking clutch they had it over a week... they proceeded to blame me and said it wasn't their fault which is bullshit. .. guess what morons I bought another motor and it runs and drives perfect and I'm not even ASE certified! !!!!!! Haha fuckimg assholes hope you had a nice time eating those labor costs.. hope you lose buisness feom this post.. also I wish their was a rating for FUCK YOU!!!!!! Hahaha read more
