We have dropped the car off back in September and got the car back with ac not working the visor That was supposed to be replaced came off while driving and with no gas on the car not once twice. We went to the shop 3 times to pick up the car and first time we picked up the car the car had no gas and car was smoking after driving 11 miles and this time after 3 months we picked up the car with empty tank once again. After leaving the car several times on full tank of gas. After calculation someone in the shop drove over 500 miles worth the gas. Also adding that the interior of our leather seats have several scratches and dirty prints on the handles. Overall after paying little bit over 6k we have picked the car up with no gas, interior of the car filthy dirty, driver seat visor broken, and ac/heater not working. I still don't know how this establishment still stay in business with this unprofessionalism and lack of accountability for their services. Deion and his team should not be offering any of the complex services and just stay doing simple oil changes and check ups. HIGHLY not recommending this place if you need any complex services unless you want to waste 6k and time waiting for your car that works partially. Good luck to this place. I won't be shocked if your establishment is closed by next year.

Called and they said they were closed and would reopen regular hours the following day. Only problem is their promotion ends that day. Terrible and very dishonest way to run a promotion, especially in refusing to honor it during open hours as advertised. Any positive reviews are probably only here because the car wash was free. I'd recommend being just a regular business and honoring their word.

Unfortunately, had to wait for the slow moving line which can be expected when there are more than two cars ahead of you. Once at the pay station/ kiosk I see the message which instructs patrons to not pay or enter a code until the person in front is done with their wash. That definitely creates at minimum 2-3 more minutes of waiting. Now, once in the wash you can see that the mechanism appears to be old and dilapidating. The brushes begin to twirl and the wash begins spraying water on your vehicle after the brushes make their first pass. This is undoubtedly not good for newer paint. Soon after the water is applied, the brushes return for another pass. This is obviously an abridged version of the wash BUT, where's the soap ??? I kept waiting to see a nice soapy film being applied to my vehicle and it never came. Sadly this is the second worst drive through wash I have ever been through. I don't see myself returning. One star for brushing the dirt off my car and the second star for having a timer which tells you how much time the drier has left.
