Despite charging for reviewing the governing contract, a key forum selection clause -- which made OC an improper venue -- was overlooked. I ultimately handled the legal research and succeeded in getting the case dismissed without further help. There were also billing concerns: I was charged for an initial consultation that was initially offered for free verbally. I was charged for photocopies and phone fees, despite everything being handled digitally. A file opening fee was added, though this was not clearly discussed up front. In my opinion, the value received did not match the amount billed. I would not recommend based on my experience."
