    What an absolute disaster of an organization. My only regret is that I can't submit this review with a rating of negative 5 stars. Just like Paul B. we had the EXACT same experience with the EXACT same AC unit, except they rooked us for $140 in shipping insurance and refused to do anything different when shipping the replacement. When you call United RV to discuss the shipping issues, they get VERY aggressive and rude, REAL quick. We have file complaints with the BBB as well as the Texas Attorney General's office. I have a suspicion that United RV won't care one bit. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    I have a rv ceiling ac unit that needed to be replaced searched around and after many phone calls and searching websites found this company I was so happy they answered their phone and was able to help I explained my situation and gave them info for the old unit and they recommended the GE unit that I purchased. we once I received it it was ready set go they said it was easy to install well it was but its not the right unit the airflow does not distribute through the vents as shown in the illustration I called today aug 25th 2023 only to speak with someone who was of little or no help I just needed to know what the return policy was and he said call back monday will keep you posted stay tuned

    Damaged box left on doorstep

    I ordered a rooftop Coleman-Mach air conditioner, it arrived on time but the box looked like it fell off a moving truck. It was completely torn up and re-taped so the box wouldn't fall completely apart. I flagged down the Fedex driver and said I wasn't going to accept this beat up package. He took it back. After the $99 shipping plus $50 "insurance" charge, the guy on the phone from United Rv said he couldn't do anything till it got back to them. After that he would have to file a claim with the insurance company and see if they would pay for another one. He said if they did he would send another one out without charge. I then asked him what if the next one is damaged? He said he couldn't do anything about that. So I said you don't guarantee the product getting to its destination in one piece and working. He basically said no, and I would have to take that up with the carrier. I asked for a refund he said if they did give me a refund I would still have to pay the hundred dollar shipping charge. This is completely unacceptable. I am currently waiting for a call back which he said would be just a couple hours and now it's been over 24 hours. I can't wait weeks for them to decide. All I want is a refund (including $99 shipping). I would be very carful ordering from this company. We'll see what American Express has to say about this.

    Jim Vittitow graciously (and very patiently) spent most of his Saturday with us teaching my husband how to handle our big rig! We are very thankful that he was so willing to share his expertise - especially since the rig was purchased elsewhere! We highly recommend!

Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma.     I have had a total of four trailers, (my last 2 from Trailers Plus) I have a 6x12 random box…read moretrailer, my 3 leaf spring broke (current trailer is 7 yrs old) I have never had to replace a leaf spring on my past trailers. So I bought 2 springs (Trailer Plus said they didn't have any in stock and it would take a couple of weeks to get them) after bringing it in expecting a break on installing the springs and telling them they were bad. I was informed I was over weight, I told them i was not, total weight was 5,000 (each spring had a weight of 2500 lbs, totaling $5,000. They quoted me $350 labor to put on springs. So I bought a 2nd spring and took it to them on a Tues . They informed me that their tractor (Kabota) could not lift the trailer and that I had over 5,000 lbs in the trailer, I assured them it was around 2,000. They said no way and they didn't want to assume liability because I was over weight and for me to take it to some one else and I did. I took it across the Hwy to C&S Trailer and they installed them for $125.00 and it was ready in 2 hours ( not 2 days Trailer Plus quoted me. The next day I took my trailer to a weight station, 1900 lbs of weight in my trailer. I took the paper work to them and showed them, then they started to inform me the weight was disproportionate, I told them that in the beginning. When I purchased the trailer I took it back for a warranty check to replace a light and something else. They gave me an estimate of work that needed to be done totaling $2500 ( new brakes, all new wheel bearings and a bent axle. I told them if I need all that work done on a year old trailer, then it was a piece of crap. I can agree they were the best price, but u pay for what u get a piece of crap.

    This is a DISHONEST and poorly run business and we do not recommended them for purchasing or…read moreservicing an Airstream. We had previously used them for years, and had been satisfied. Then upon returning a few years later, we realized their best, long time mechanic was gone and there was a new manager (the son in law). He is extremely detrimental to the business and they now have zero accountability, zero ethics and they will charge much more than other shops charge. After being told it would take 5 days to service the Airstream, we waited 3 weeks. We paid a fortune to have our Airstream serviced and then drove several hours to our campsite. When we arrived, we realized a problem that was supposed to have been repaired, still existed. We had to drive to another shop and they told us the repairs were never made and the dust and the dirt on the parts had never been disturbed and obviously the work was never completed, or even attempted. We showed them our bill from Airstream DFW and they couldn't believe what we had been charged. They then proceeded to check the other items that had supposedly been "serviced" and found more issues. The filters had not been replaced as stated and they actually damaged a door. The list goes on. We also asked them check something else that Airstream of DFW said we needed to replace, that we chose to wait to do at a later time. It would have cost almost $5,000. The second repair shop said there was absolutely no need to replace those parts, they were in like-new condition. We were disappointed even further when we returned to Airstream of DFW and the "manager" stated it was just oversight, probably because they were so busy. He made excuses and when he walked away, one of the mechanics approached us and apologized. We will never return and the business owner needs to understand the son in law knows very little about Airstreams. He absolutely should not play a vital role in this business. And you can't be dishonest and expect to keep loyal customers. We have since found a new repair/service shop in North Texas that is honest and does exceptional work on Airstreams at a reasonable cost. The owner of the shop said he has a steady stream of new customers that have similar stories about Airstream of DFW.

Every other shop we called was either unable or completely unwilling to help us. The Communication: Cliff was a lifesaver. He stayed in constant contact with us during our drive and managed to fit us into their packed schedule. It's completely obvious why they are so busy--they actually care about their customers and go the extra mile. The Service: We coordinated our arrival, and within just 15 minutes of us pulling into our campsite, the team was on-site and ready to work. The Techs: A huge shout-out to Andrew and Shane!     We gave these people a call after they repaired our neighbor's furnace in their camper van. They…read morewere quick to reply and came out to assess our problems that afternoon. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Very professional and reliable!! We were impressed!
