Buyer beware! We had our spa for less than two years when we started having problems. We paid $299.00 for a 40 point inspection that took less than 10 minutes and didn't even fix our problem. To top it off they went and fraudulently charged our credit card an additional $539 without telling us to replace a part that was under warranty. Our visit to the showroom was low pressure and focused on educating how the spas are built and why they are durable and high quality. We wanted a spa that wouldn't break down, that had good jets, and easy to maintain. They delivered and set up the spa then we had no issues until recently with a minor gasket leak. When we called them about the leak, they came out the next day to repair it and showed my husband what to do if it happened again. Their prices and warranty were excellent against the competitors and consistently great customer service. The quality of the spa is also fantastic and it has strong interchangeable jets which is the main feature we were interested in. We love our spa and expect to get many years out of it! read more

Joe and Jose showed up on time and in an excellent professional manner, disconnected the hot tub, managed this extremely large hot tub off of the mountings and onto a dolly. Then they managed to move it through a tangle of high grass to the waiting truck. Online you can buy the speakers for $25 each. The owner says there's only a 6 month warranty on stereo equipment. What a scam. The owner marks up the cost of everything then makes you think you're getting a good deal. Dont buy from this company. They don't stand behind what they sell. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I have two tubs from United Spas. Since they are located at investment property in remote Northern California, I do all the maintenance. I have purchased replacement pumps, mother boards and replacement covers over the years. Expected costs that I was happy to pay as my tubs have performed well enough considering their age. I have spent thousands with them. No more. I recently bought a new cover, as well as a "cover saver" from them. Total was close to $1,000. Again, that's not the issue. Within a week the cover saver came apart at a stitching. It's cheaply made and it literally came apart. I called them to send it back or replace it, and I sent them a photo showing the obvious issues. I was denied. They said "all sales are final". I explained that this was an obvious manufacturing defect and I'm sure they could return it to their supplier. I was completely ignored and told basically "tough luck". So this is my last purchase. You don't treat longtime customers like this. I can go elsewhere to get my hot tub maintenance needs and I'll be sure to let everybody I know not to do business with United Spas. read more

Ordered my hot tub March 12, was told 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called. I had an apt for delivery. Day before, they called and cancelled. Booked delivery for 2 weeks later. They called and cancelled. Then I started getting different stories about why it couldn't be delivered and I was asked to take a hot tub that I specifically said I didn't want with a lounge. The woman said if I would just take the one with the lounge they could deliver it. I have kids and do not want one with a lounge as I had explained before. 2 more weeks and I talk to the owner. He assures me in 2 weeks it will be delivered. I took the day off from work and they no showed. Booked again and took the day off and they no showed. I have now requested my deposit to be refunded as I'm 17 weeks since I ordered. No refund. No word from Company. Beware!!!! Wasted my whole summer waiting! read more
