Jan has always been pleasant and professional. Unfortunately the negatives sometimes outweigh the positives. They lack professionalism and are disorganized. They misplace packages and green slips (a note they put in your mailbox to advise you that you have a package for pickup). One employee in particular, Shirley, is very disorganized and, at times downright rude. She can't get one green slip in each customer's mailbox and categorize it correctly resulting in wasted time. It's a mistake to keep her employed. Even a FedEx driver delivering to my home mentioned she's rude to him. When she works there are always more errors and I can count on delays in tracking down a package or waiting on the employees to sort it out. The final straw for me was when Jan decided to suddenly void the contract and try to enforce a charge for each package received on my behalf even though I had a mailbox there and had used them for years. This is not enforceable as you cannot change a contract agreement at will. It was a horrible business decision. She should have raised the box prices upon renewal if she wanted to increase her revenue. In any event apparently this decision met with strong resistance from customers and it was revoked. The reason I use her paid mailbox service was mainly for package receipt. I finally had enough and canceled my account. I have packages delivered to my home. Even with a rural address it's much more efficient and stress free to deal directly with the delivery companies than the Print Shop and their employees.

They move the line fast and don't try to create small talk which is appropriated. Parking is easy in and out of there. It does cost less than fedex or UPS. For a government facility this place is not that bad. As good as it gets.

The inside Mail Drop box is usually packed so you have to drop off the bigger items to the side of the counter or wait in line to drop them off. The outside mail boxes are for letters and smaller packages. **Recently I dropped off a small package in the bigger drop off box that I always drop packages in. Unfortunately for some reason it was never scanned, the buyer reached out and it showed the tracking as shipping label created. I filed a missing mail report since it's been a month and still no updated. I suggest if you have a small package wait in line and hand it to a person. **also this is rare to happen, I never have mail missing but now for smaller packages I'll be waiting in line.
