Not good service, don't have current tech and they wasn't to nickel and dime you for everything. I took a package in there that just needed to be shipped with a pre-printed label and they wanted to charge me five dollars because they didn't have a QR code reader. When I told her that she would be losing my business, she said she didn't care. Old blue hairs, old technology, and bad customer service. Time to shut this place down. It is 2026 not 1985. read more

It's nice to have a convenient shipping location in our small town. It's also great to be able to pick up a last minute greeting card or get a document quickly notarized. Jan has always been pleasant and professional. Unfortunately the negatives sometimes outweigh the positives. They lack professionalism and are disorganized. They misplace packages and green slips (a note they put in your mailbox to advise you that you have a package for pickup). One employee in particular, Shirley, is very disorganized and, at times downright rude. She can't get one green slip in each customer's mailbox and categorize it correctly resulting in wasted time. It's a mistake to keep her employed. Even a FedEx driver delivering to my home mentioned she's rude to him. When she works there are always more errors and I can count on delays in tracking down a package or waiting on the employees to sort it out. The final straw for me was when Jan decided to suddenly void the contract and try to enforce a charge for each package received on my behalf even though I had a mailbox there and had used them for years. This is not enforceable as you cannot change a contract agreement at will. It was a horrible business decision. She should have raised the box prices upon renewal if she wanted to increase her revenue. In any event apparently this decision met with strong resistance from customers and it was revoked. The reason I use her paid mailbox service was mainly for package receipt. I finally had enough and canceled my account. I have packages delivered to my home. Even with a rural address it's much more efficient and stress free to deal directly with the delivery companies than the Print Shop and their employees. read more

I was visiting the area and needed to have my medicine sent to me. I went in and spoke to the lady at the counter to see what the fee was for picking up a package and filled out a form to allow them to receive my mail. She couldn't have been nicer. My sister had a problem on her end with UPS and called the print shop to see if they took FedEx and they did which was a blessing. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll use them again whenever I'm in the area. read more

I have many issues with the print shop. First, none of the employees (including the owner) are friendly at all. Second, I pay to rent a box yet I get charged $1 to drop off a prepaid package for UPS. I have contacted UPS and I was told that because they are an authorized drop off they should not be charging for packages that are left to be picked up as long as they are prepaid with label attached. And lastly, when I have a package to pick up and they leave me the "green" package slip in my box, I go to the counter to get it and it takes them forever, even when no one else is in the store. Clearly the employees are being paid by the hour and they don't care if they assist 1 customer or 10. Suffice it to say, I won't be renewing my box when it comes due. read more

The Girl at the Counter greeted me with "That Will Be $1 for Handling Charge" This surprised me due to the fact that no other UPS Store Charges for Pre-Paid Drop Off. Then I asked to Buy a book of Stamps. I noticed the Girl at the Counter, Counting the Number of Stamps in the Book. I asked what she was doing and her Reply, "The Stamps are $.80 Cents Each" Double the price of a USPS Stamp! I have been going to the Acton Print Shop for years, and always have a good experience. They recently helped us out with a rush job this past summer. At the last minute, I realized we still needed a banner for a family reunion. It was way past the cutoff to get such a job completed, realistically, so I didn't think it was going to work out. Caesar rushed our job through, and did a great job. That banner got lots of compliments, and we took it down and used it in the family photo to commemorate the event. While there, one of our relatives gave me a thumb drive of her extensive genealogical research. She was going to print out booklets to give as souvenirs, but due to technical problems and an injury, was unable to do so. We discovered this while the reunion was going on. I thought, what the heck, might as well see if it's possible to get these out. I drove up the street to the print shop, gave the drive to Caesar, and he got the booklets printed up in time to give to family before the event was over. Had a very unpleasant experience. Went into the shop the customer service was poor, they were incredibly unfriendly. Then they charged me $1 to ship a prepaid UPS package. I placed an order for vinyl numbers. They did the job wrong and then told me they want to charged me double to do it the right way and how I asked originally. Absolutely horrible shop! Went to get one print off my flash drive and it cost me $3.25, for a single print!!! When I asked why the charge was so expensive I was told that's their minimal charge because I used their computer and it is for 15 min computer usage fee, and it was followed up with the rude statement, "We aren't the library"! It literally took me less than a minute, and for a service that would be less than a quarter anywhere else. Their printers didn't have a flash drive port. Therefore, you must fork out the "computer/internet usage" fee of $3.25 if you're printing off a flashdrive. It's supposed to be a print shop and does not have the resources for their customers. Everything is horribly dated and machines ran inefficiently. Too bad for a decent local alternative to get something printed urgently... Will not use their shop again! read more

When I said really.... on a prepaid package she said yea... it's for a handling fee with a confused look on her face. As if asking her was insane. Bruh, What are you handling??
