I had two passport appointments, the first from 9:45 AM to 10:15 AM and the second from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM, and I arrived early for both. I filled out my passport forms at the office, following all procedures. Even though I was within my scheduled appointment times, the employee still refused to complete my passport application and very rudely told me to reschedule. From the beginning, the employee assisting me spoke rudely and tried to argue. I calmly asked him to speak respectfully, but at that point he began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops, repeatedly telling me to leave the property. He also appeared to avoid interaction by staying behind the counter and refusing to engage. I politely asked for his name three times, but he refused to provide it. I told him I would leave a negative review, and he responded that he didn't care and that I could do whatever I wanted. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and, from my perspective, came across as racist. As a result, my passport applications were not processed, and I had to reschedule both appointments, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. In my opinion, the United States Postal Service at this location should ensure employees interacting with customers maintain a professional and respectful attitude, because this level of service was unacceptable. I hope this situation is reviewed and that customer service improves so others do not have the same experience. I wish I could give this place less than a one star, but there's no option for that.

I've stopped by this place a couple times last month to send out both Christmas cards and Passport renewal. Both times, it was quite quick. I may have waited once as there was one person in front of me, but after they resolved their sending, it was in and out for me in terms of payment. Both times there's a lovely lady who helped me out with a smile. Parking can be a hassle as there's only a small lot, and be careful because folks don't look when they come out of their spots. I've gotten hit almost a couple times as people quickly pulled out of their spots. But I think that's just something to be cautious of when in a parking lot. Otherwise, nice to have a small spot to help with my postal needs.

Then another day she seems nice, but its all a facade (If you aren't happy, find a new job because this one requires consistent good customer service).
