DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! EVER!!! I got a sofa set from Macys yesterday and paid for same day delivery. $118.00 Lugg failed to provide the delivery drivers of my unit number saying I never provided it but I clearly did and it shows not only on my receipt online but in the automated text they send you. I'm frantically trying to call and text the drivers to come back and they refused unless I paid another delivery fee. At this point I don't have the money for that so they take it back to Macys and then charge me anyway another $160!!! They're quick to take your money but exceptionally slow to get back to you when they mess up. I will be reporting them to the attorney general because now I don't have my sofa and they charged my card twice!

Do you see how nothing is secured?

Have you read Lugg's website? They claim to be committed to your safety. They claim to educate and equip their movers. They also assure that they're backed by a "multi-million dollar insurance policy" and if your items occur damage, they will be "taken care of or replaced." This is not true. I've moved over 8 times as an adult, each time using professional moving companies. Lugg is NOT a professional moving company. My moving experience with them was incredibly stressful and completely inappropriate. The movers fought with each other from the moment they arrived to the very end of the day (I kid you not). It got so bad that by the end of the day, they CALLED THE POLICE because they "felt unsafe" with each other. The movers stayed on my property, including on the front porch, for hours while waiting for the police to arrive. My already stressful moving day ended with the police coming to my house to take statements from my husband and I. Unbelievable. Also, they did not use basic measures to properly handle and move items. My new house is on a hill, and what happens when you are parked on a hill with nothing tied, secured, or protected...? Literally nobody had touched anything, and things came crashing out, with some items tumbling down the hill & stopping less than inch away from our new neighbor's car. I'd especially emphasized the importance of protecting my Italian travertine table (the whole reason I had hired Lugg), but there was NO security and it got completely shattered. Heartbreaking. But I am grateful that nobody got hurt. THE DAMAGES: - $371 steel cabinet broken beyond use - $855 standing desk damaged - $280 work bench damaged - My travertine table, a priceless family heirloom, broken beyond repair, with the cheapest replacement being $1200. - Several upholstered items that I got cleaned on my own and didn't even claim. THEIR "RESOLUTION": A refund of the moving bill and $250 for the damages. Yes, $250... Of course I refuted, but they apparently cannot offer any more than $509 for THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damages. The movers themselves said it was 100% their fault for the damages, apologized profusely, and told me to contact the claims department for full compensation of damaged items. They also believed their company would back up their mistakes, but this is not true. Of course, I'm disappointed and upset. I have used Lugg numerous times to move 1-2 items at a time & it really can be a convenient service. The reason I hired Lugg for this move over other companies was for their lofty guarantee of a safe, efficient, and professional move. However I received none of these things. People of Seattle, if you have any precious items you can't have damaged, don't use Lugg. if you live on a hill, don't use Lugg. if you want reliable damage insurance, don't use Lugg. if you expect professionalism for your paid services, don't use Lugg. Save yourself the money, headache, and heartache, and hire an actual professional moving company!

Do not use this service, awful to their employees. I worked for Lugg almost 100 times and they are BY FAR the least caring individuals you will ever work for. The only thing they care about is making $, which is fine if you're okay with being treated like shit as an employee. Terrible company, stay away from and use any other service other than Lugg. For reference, go look at their employee ratings. People say the same exact thing as I am, they treat their employees terribly!! The first text message is one where they asked me and my partner to drive almost 80 miles away to complete a Lugg. We tried to get out of it, but of course Lugg didn't give a shit! Instead we took a ferry to someone's house on an island outside of Seattle that took us nearly 2 hours to get to. I believe we made around $50 for a 4 1/2 hour round trip. This is something that Lugg will do, they don't give a shit about you. They only care about completing jobs to make money. Btw you don't get paid a dollar to drive out to anywhere, only once you're at the location. The second text is another way Lugg screws over their employees. If you ever arrive to someone's house that isn't there or cancels right when you arrive, you are not compensated whatsoever. I had several times where I would drive all the way out to a customers house (sometimes 1-2 hour round trip) and would make absolutely $0! Please trust me, this company is terribly run and treats their employees (and sometimes their customers) like scum. Stay away

He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. Day of the move, we had a team of 3 guys (thank you Lepi, Dairon and William!) who were awesome, careful and quick. I don't trust easily and I went into this expecting issues (like what happens with every move), but the team was excellent at managing them and really made it as easy as possible. Thank you guys!

However, they all seemed sketchy. I used Easy Company Moving back in 2020 when I moved from Tacoma to Bellingham, so I decided to hire them again because I knew they'd do a great job and it would give me peace of mind. Kyle Carson, owner, was very response, gave me a quote, there were not "hidden" fees or gotcha pricing when they arrived. Sean and Miguel were the two team members that did the move and they were so kind, communicative and really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Everything went smoothly and I'm so pleased. One important note, because my storage unit was in Seattle, I was unable to be there in person. I arranged with Extra Space storage to give them access to clear it out and I had ZERO worries. That's how much I trust Easy Company Moving. I highly recommend and would definitely use Easy Company Moving again.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude! Thank you guys for an amazing job and the laughs! I appreciate you guys so much! Unfortunately,I was not able to grab a photo as they worked and moved so quickly!

Horrible moving experience -- significantly exceeded estimate, poor planning, and no resolution…read more I had a very disappointing experience with All Service Moving. I was originally given an estimate of approximately 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 for my small single bedroom apartment. Instead, my move took approximately 6.5 hours and cost me over $1,000. A major issue was the truck that was sent for my move. I was moving out of an approximately 600-square-foot apartment, and the truck was significantly larger than necessary -- it ended up being only about 40% full. Because of the truck's size, it couldn't access the loading area where it needed to park, which meant the movers had to make much longer trips between the truck and my apartment. This added a considerable amount of time to the move. Photos and information about both locations were available beforehand, and had been viewed so I don't understand why an appropriately sized truck wasn't selected. The other major issue was the pace of the move. I repeatedly observed the movers not actively working. Nearly every time I went outside, they were standing around talking, laughing, or on their phones. When I went back into my apartment while they were working inside, I observed similar periods where they were not actively moving items. I completely understand that reasonable breaks are necessary, but this was far beyond what I expected when I was being charged by the hour. The movers were polite during the actual move, and I initially had no concerns about their interpersonal conduct. Unfortunately, that changed afterward. One of the movers began repeatedly contacting me on my personal phone asking about a tip and a five-star review. I repeatedly explained that I intended to tip but was waiting for a bank transfer to clear and that it would take a few days. Despite that explanation, I received multiple texts a day asking about it. I ultimately felt harassed and uncomfortable enough that I blocked the number. I contacted the company afterward and gave them a detailed explanation of my concerns, including the oversized truck, the additional time and cost, the repeated periods where the movers weren't actively working, and the inappropriate pressure regarding the tip. Unfortunately, they did nothing to resolve the situation. The Operations Manager's response was simply: "It is Unfortunate that I must inform you That we cannot issue you any kind of reimburse you any kind of refund." There was no meaningful response to the specific concerns I raised and no attempt to address why a move estimated at 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 turned into a 6.5-hour, $1,000+ move. I was promised a certain level of service and a guaranteed timeframe/cost, and that expectation was not met. I gave the company an opportunity to make the situation right, and they declined to do anything. I would strongly recommend getting very specific information about truck size, access, estimated hours, and what happens if the move significantly exceeds the estimate before booking with this company. My experience left me feeling like I paid substantially more because of poor planning and an inefficient move, and then received no meaningful response when I brought those concerns to the company.
