That branch is a black hole for mail. Especially if the envelope looks like it might be a birthday card. If you are mailing a gift card, I recommend sending it certified mail. We have NEVER had one make it through the system otherwise. Also, their outgoing Wichita Falls basket is next to the basket (according to USPS staff) that goes to Savannah. I had a package from overseas make it to Aubrey post office only to be routed to Wichita Falls twice. The circle only stopped when I called with the shipping information, then it took another 3-4 days working days to make it to my house. We also had a box of checks from the bank sit at the Aubrey post office for several MONTHS before it finally arrived. It required multiple calls and a site visit to get them moving. I recommend paying g extra for an alternative shipping method. I assumed they were understaffed because of the population growth in the area but after going there and seeing how things work, I think it is either poor leadership, otherwise I engaged employees, fraud, or perhaps a slow carbon monoxide leak. read more

They mark mail as "delivered" when it hasn't actually been delivered. This has happened to me too many times. Also, no one ever picks up the phone. read more

I just moved to Aubrey the city itself has been great . But today was my first visit to post office and never in my life have I felt discriminated upon until today any word I would say including my apologies for not hearing something the first time was followed with eyerolls and sighs as if my excitence alone bothered them .Cinthia and her other coworker acted very unprofessional while being so sweet to other customers of a lighter tone they couldn't have made it more then obvious. Packaged lost since last week. Supervisor Nathan and Charol were supposed to give me a call back on Friday by 2-3pm, they never did. Showed up today again, same excuse. Supervisor don't show up just the same lady giving the same message. read more

This is the worst post office I EVER! Scheduled a pick up 5 (five) days in a row... yes 5 (five) days. Spoke to the supervisor this morning, he assured me he had someone in the area that would collect the packages today. I guess I'm left with filing a formal complaint as I have been more than patient. I'm sure not a single one of these employees give a rodents' butt... hopefully someone else will waste less of their day with this bunch. Ugh! read more

I run a Poshmark account and have a decent sized following, so I send a lot of packages. I've never had any problems with this post office! If you're going to take a package bigger than a regular letter envelope, though, take it during their full service hours. Their drop boxes only take packages the size of letters. I also wish their hours were more convenient, but I get it. Aubrey is a small town. UPDATE: They do have a drop box inside for small packages. read more

AWFUL!!! They are CONSTANTLY messing up our mail system in my neighborhood. They always put our mail in the wrong boxes, give the wrong keys for the bigger package boxes resulting in me getting some strangers mail, who knows who has the key for my packages!! It's like they don't even care who's mail they out where. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have a thief working in their department and the postmaster is not willing to investigate the problem and only placates the customer. I have had three packages go missing out of this post office I know another lady who is also had three packages go missing from this post office coincidentally they're all from the same company. Tracking will say the package has been arrived at the Aubrey post office and then tracking will say package has been delivered when in fact it has not been delivered and it also says it was picked up by me, also another lie. When I reported this to the United States postal inspection department which is a federal agency they got nowhere as well and basically told me they'll send me an apology letter but never mind $166 worth of product that I didn't get but I got charged for. You would think cameras would be in this facility and it would be very easy to check whether or not I truly picked up a package or had someone else pick up the package it's time stamped can't they go through their cameras and. look at the time and date at the exact moment that I supposedly pick that package up they do scan that stuff. The rude postmaster who finally called me back a week and a half later after my first initial formal complaint and only wanted to talk over me and give me excuses and tell me that I picked up that package or someone I know picked up that package. The package. was addressed to me I would be the only one to pick it up and I did not pick it up. I think the postmaster at this facility is doing a really crappy job and he's laying the blame on the customer with no satisfaction to the problem. I'm now sending my packages to a completely different town just to make sure that I get my product now because obviously they have someone who's a thief in this facility and the postmaster is covering up for them. Do not ever send or receive anything out of this postal service department because there's a really good chance that you're not gonna get it and there will be no justice for your lost packages or you. Crooked, thieving, lying, manipulative, lazy Doesn't wanna do his job, all good words to describe this post office facility and the postmaster who runs it. read more

Packages that are to big are always crammed into my mail box. If they can't manage to get in the mail box they leave it in the middle of the yard. That's a nice safe place for my package. I wish in could choose which service when purchasing. It wouldn't be USPS. read more

My wife and I got our passports here. Quick and efficient. No problems. For a small town post office that's now serving a much larger population, it's doing well. read more

The service in this PO is variable. Sometimes it is polite & efficient. Other times I have observed it otherwise. Usually there is excess wait while employees and patrons chit-chat about nothing having to do with their mailing. However, the same cannot be said for the home delivery from here. I have had mail out and the flag up on the mailbox early in the morning and it was never picked up - even priority mailings. I do not appreciate spending extra money for priority and then have it delayed. read more

Terrible post office... i went in to get a new passport and the guy made me fill out the wrong application even thought i already had the right one filled out. So they mailed it back to me 2 MONTHS LATER... i went back to the same post office and the lady refused to help me even tho it was their fault in the first place. She told me i have to wait 2 MORE MONTHS to make an appointment and was very rude about it... are you kidding me so now i need to pay even more to get it expedited just because your workers dont know how to do their fucking job. read more

Terrible, I always wait for packages but most times they're never delivered. Decided to check the status of a package that was to be delivered to my house, and the status said "attempted delivery, package held at post office per receivers request" well 1. I have surveillance cameras which NEVER showed anyone attempting to deliver anything to my home. 2. I obviously didn't tell them not to deliver, if I did.....why would there be an "attempted delivery" the worst. read more

I've been to a lot of post offices and this Post Office is very good. Service is efficient and the workers are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have one suggestion for improvement for this post office, which is that if the post office could add a parcel drop box for after hours shipments in the lobby where the PO boxes are located, it would be tremendously helpful. read more

I was waiting for my package at the exact time it was said to be delivered. They didn't even attempt to get my signature for the delivery and left a note stating no one was available to sign for pickup... Now I have to wait until he gets back to the office with my package to pick it up myself. Absolute waste of my time. read more

Problematic at delivering mail. Often will require you to sign or be at home in person to receive items but if you work there is no way you'll be home when they come around. Multiple times I have scheduled redelivery and they never come around except to deliver junkmail. I have had to simply cancel packages to be sent back to sender due to their poor hours and not following redelivery requests. read more
