I'm talking about tax documents, refund checks, medication and packages. Employees have received my tracking numbers on 3 different occasions. They have told me that the packages are in the office but they can't get to them because of all of the mail piling up blocking access. So it's a long, unfortunate 'waiting game'. I requested information on PO Boxes and was told that all mail, no matter where it goes must first be sorted by USPS and that because of Covid and excessive absenteeism, there is NO ONE available to do this. They also stated that they can't really keep employees. Stood in line for 3 hours and 44 minutes only to leave with a bunch of excuses and NO mail. So... here's the pleasant surprise part: the manager found someone in back to follow the guy home and deliver that piece of mail directly to his sister. That's not something you're going to see every day. Given the number of people who wander in there, I thought the service was pretty good.
