I appreciated the heads-up (Duane said it's stated on his company website but I did not catch that.) But in about 10 minutes I was able to score a certified digital copy of our license from Harris County Clerk's Office, the only county in Texas whose online documents will be accepted by the Texas SOS. Duane printed it out and added it to their apostille stack headed to the SOS that morning. Our apostille was then shipped out to us that same afternoon. While I think Texas Apostille Service's website could be a bit more intuitive, that's a relatively small nit, because the service itself is bang-on fantastic. We were in a hurry, and they scored our apostille the same day they received the document from us. Duane was responsive and knowledgeable, and if in the future we need a doc apostilled and don't have a month to wait around for the state to process it, we'll definitely use this express lane service every time.
