The employee helping us told us we needed to tape the box ourselves, which was completely fine. However, when my fiancé went to use the tape that was sitting on the counter, another employee began yelling at him saying he could not use it because it was "complementary." The employee who had been helping us the entire time never mentioned that we weren't allowed to use the tape, so the situation was very confusing and embarrassing. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the other employee raised her voice and told him he had to buy an entire roll of tape just to use two small pieces. After spending $100 to ship a package, being treated that way over two pieces of tape felt extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression.
