As I wait in the long line, I notice each employee engaging the customer without distraction, and typically with a friendly smile and tone of voice. Julie assisted my wife and me the last time, and her interaction with us was very pleasant, as if we were her first customer and not the "umpteenth" one. Plenty of parking is available.
