She explained that the size of the box-which cost $16 itself jumped the shipping up $30+ This still didnt seem right to me so I asked how much it would be through the postal service. This didnt help her attitude but she offered to refund the shipping and let me take the box next door to ship. I explained that I didnt need this huge $16 box and asked if I could return that too, she became even more impatient, said it was already packaged and she had no idea how to return it. I was on a lunch break and didnt have time to argue or ask for another employee So I picked up the box and left! Amazon telling us that no label printing is required and having UPS contradict this and charge for printing in some instances. * The shared parking lot can be tricky to get out of. What she received was lighted display only.
