This is the most convenient location without having to drive into downtown along with the hassle of feeding a parking meter. Having forgotten my USB drive, I emailed the necessary print job from my phone to the FedEx email (printandgo@fedex.com). What a blessing in not having to drive home only to retrieve the flash drive. Ugh! Outside of the $10 temporary hold of funds, the print job only cost $.65. Office Depot has a minimum of $2.50. Yuck...way to go FedEx! read more

Had to ship a last minute Christmas gift and they were quick, friendly and helpful! My package even arrived early from TX to CA

The manager Matthew was attentive. Noticed I had a box in my hand and asked if it was ready to go? Once I said yes, he grabbed it, taped my label and asked if I needed a receipt. You're probably wondering why this is a big deal... well customer service was in the front of his mind AND he was wrapping up the vacuum which indicated to me that he's not above doing duties either. Matthew could've easily made me wait behind the person behind help but he stopped what he was doing to get me taken care of. Clean store. Great location if you ask me. Employees act like you're bothering them when you ask them for help. The worst part is when I asked for help to make copies it was we can do it for you for $87 or you can just keep doing it yourself with trial and error. I asked is the not a simple way to make a 2 sided copy??? Needless to say I had to attempt to do it myself with the trial and error process. I've come here for shipping items Ebay items, mostly, so I can't really rate the other services they offer. However, in the past two months, my experience has been less than positive. Case#1: Took in a boxed item with label that was ready to ship. However, the lady said I "could not ship that, because it's a 'Display Box.'" When I balked at this, citing that I had shipped many like this before, she got a bit snarky with me saying they would "not take the box because it wasn't corrugated cardboard." Although I had shipped this kind of box many times in the past (from here and other locations), I wasn't able to do today. So...I changed nothing and shipped from another location without a single hassle. Go figure. Case#2: Took in a parcel and had my shipping form in hand. They were out of the clear plastic mailing sleeves, and asked the lady (yes, same one) for a sleeve. "We're out of those," when she tossed down a large roll of clear mailing tape in front of me. "You'll just have to tape it to the box." Really? You're out of the sleeves, and you can't even help by taping it to the box? USPS would do it in a heartbeat! After the second case, I actually called FedEX to complain about these incidents. I was assured I would receive a phone call from the manager in 24 hours. It has been weeks now, and no call. Guess I'm not going to hear from anyone. Oh well. read more

I had a great experience here. I had to get a HUMONGOUS book separated and re-bound. This Fed-Ex had a great price for that and they did it reasonably fast. I was able to drop the book off and they gave me a call when it was done (they estimate 2-3 hours and it was done in 2, right in time for me to pick it up on my way to class) - even though they were busy that day, the service was great and I was able to get my book in a timely fashion. Definitely have recommended this place to many of my friends for the same service! read more

The manager working the counter pointed to an empty cart as if to say "get it yourself ". I called and spoke with him and he essentially said that my wife was lying. This is my favorite place to get things printed for work projects and displays. The knowledgeable staff is friendly and helpful. I am always amazed at the flow of traffic through the door. It was especially busy when I stopped in today. I had over 50 pieces to print (color copies) and Daniel helped me. I've been using this location for years. My last time there wasn't terribly pleasant due to how the person I was with was treated so that why I was unable to give 5 stars but this time was much different. I was there the moment the doors opened to get some training manuals printed for a class that had already started and was in a rush. Mazzie heard my concern and took that into consideration as she completed my order and had me out the door as quickly as possible. She was very kind even though it was 8am on a Sunday and other people had walked in behind me. She could have felt overwhelmed but she was very pleasant to everyone and acknowledged the other customers as they waited. Thanks mazzie! read more

This is a nice location on Camp Bowie with friendly staff. I usually just drop packages here or pick up new labels etc. It's never been a hassle and the dedicated parking spots out front are nice. They also have automatic doors, so if you are lugging something that requires 2 hands, you don't fumble with the door. read more

Went in yesterday . Couldn't get any help. Four employees were standing around and socializing. I couold every bit of the conversation about meeting up at the Blue Mesa at 10:30. Nobody cared about helping customers. I watched two separate ladies struggling with their packages and staff didnt offer to help. Sad. read more

I had to get a box shipped out of the country in an emergency situation and I arrived with 5 minutes to spare before the FedEx deadline. Matthew and Jana were WONDERFUL--went above and beyond what they had to do that the package would make the deadline to get to the destination on time. I try to avoid this location whenever possible however sometimes it's convenient. I've had a problems with these guys in the past not being very helpful. Unfortunately today another problem which this time warrants a review: Brought 3 boxes to ship, two of the were medium sized moving boxes that were half full with prepaid labels. The other was a smaller box with pants that needed to be returned. I walk up to the counter and the first word out of the guys mouth after looking at my boxes was that moving boxes weren't going to work. I was so thrown off in confusion he had to explain by starting to squish all of my boxes with his hands. Apparently, this guy said these boxes are not superior enough for shipping with fedex because "when they stack boxes they will crush". Then he continued to the smaller box saying the exact same thing when squishing it. I was in absolute shock and getting pissed. I told him i had been shipping stuff for years and have never heard of something so ridiculous. These aren't crap boxes! Their moving boxes from lowes, single wall corrugated. On top of that, the smaller box was a regular shipping box that had been shipped to me by an online retailer and I was simply returning in the same box!!! Absolutely fuming I told him I would go somewhere else and that it was no wonder they had 2 stars on yelp. I don't know what the deal is with this store but customer service must be 127 on the priority list! So after leaving the store I was in a bit of a pickle because two of my packages were prepaid with fedex. I prefer UPS down the road but I wasn't paying for those. So my only recourse was to go to the fedex on Bryant Irvin and hope for the best. Well that location processed the order without problems. The service guy did mention that some moving boxes come apart during shipping however mind looked good and possibly of better quality. He continued that as long as they were less than 30 pounds they should be fine. And of course he said nothing about the smaller box. End the end I've learned two things: don't use moving boxes to ship and two, go directly to the Bryant Irving location for better customer service! BTW: I looked up the Fedex policy and it states no boxes of chipbored like a shoe box will be shipped and that single wall corrugated is minimum required. It does make a note that heavy boxes (no weight listed) may need double wall construction. So in the end there was no policy to back up the store. read more

I'm not one to get upset or leave a bad review... but this was worthy of it. This location seems to not understand what boxes it can take and the one Downtown does. I walked in to drop off a box to this location and they proceed to tell me it has to be reboxed and that they wouldn't take mine.... but go figure, this same type of box that my firm has sent through fed ex for years (and received back in the same packaging when returned from other end) was HAPPILY received with great customer service and a smile at the Downtown location when I drove back down there. Whoever is the manager at the camp Bowie location needs to call the Downtown location and ask how to run the place. read more

Customer Service is totally a foreign word at this location. I know they are capable of being friendly, because I witnessed them speaking nicely to one another, but as far as their interaction with customers they are either snarky or just plain cold! UPS has a pack and ship location just a couple blocks up Camp Bowie and I think I will try that place instead of going back to this fed ex location. read more

I tried finding out if a package I had redirected (not home to sign) was ready for pickup (or when it would be ready for pickup). The lady was not helpful in the slightest, and was also condescending. Helping me was clearly the last thing she wanted to do. She could not tell me where the package was, what day they expected delivery, whether they were attempting another redelivery. She told me my best option was call her every day and she will see if it came in. Will definitely be steering clear of this FedEx location in the future. read more
