This post office is illegally marking packages delivered when they aren't. Most recently, they marked a package delivered " Your item was picked up at a postal facility" at 7:24pm Central time. This is impossible because the post office closes at 5pm central and I was at home at the time I allegedly picked it up. This is unacceptable and illegal behavior to fraudulently mark a package as delivered. This should be investigated by the inspector general, and if the package doesn't arrive tomorrow that's exactly who I will be contacting. Marking a package delivered to "stop the clock" when it was not delivered is unacceptable behavior and should be punished, but is instead encouraged. Absolutely terrible service from this location. they delivered my $250 package to the wrong house, and then refused to provide the necessary info (that only they could provide) I needed to get my reimbursement from the main USPS customer service line. This post office was the closest to my house and I had recently started selling stuff, so I had been taking packages and dropping them off. After a couple months, one of the workers, he has a beard and is older very rudley asked what my zip code was. I told him not thinking it was to make me feel bad, but apparently it was. He rudly informed me that a different post office 10 minutes farther from my house was "my post office" I had no idea this was even a thing much less a problem. He also informed me that if I was gonna bring more than three packages at a time I needed to print a scan sheet (also had no idea this was a thing). The thing is if I was informed of all these rules that nobody had bothered to tell me months ago NICELY, I would have been willing to comply. However, being rudely informed is not the right way to go about it especially in a service position. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend, but honestly a lot of post offices around I wouldn't recommend they always have a problem even when you try to make their lives easier by buying your own thermal printer and simply dropping the packages off. They did it again, just when I thought they cant possibly get any worse, they went well below. Cliff notes: Took 2 days off waiting for a package, they dropped a "missed you " note in the mailbox and now I have to take another half day to go get it. Scheduled a delivery that needs signature, they did not deliver it the day they are supposed to according to tracking #, the second day, they dropped the standard "Missed you because you were out" in my mailbox, never even attempted to deliver. So now I have been on the phone with USP for filed a complaint and have to take a 3rd day off to go pick this up since they cant call the drive to come back and deliver. Not sure why this place has such a rating. Everytime I've been here the staff has been doing their best to move both the pick up line as well as the mailing out line moving along. I just feel bad because although they are nice to the customers, I've seen a couple of customers being completely unreasonable and obnoxious to them. Often times it's just them doing their jobs and customers have to realize that some of the stuff they are complaining about is out of their control . Worse experience ever!! I waited for my passport over 2 hours even with an appointment. Another person rang the door bell for a quick Service and waited too for 30 minutes. If you speak the same language as the employees, you may have some leeway with how professional they will treat you. Otherwise, most of them are really depressing and at least two who speak English at a second language will have an attitude with you as if they know better. One of the workers were considerate enough to help me with my package while everyone else wanted to just get through the day. Unfortunately, after coming back to the desk with the necessary revisions, the helpful one left to assist someone else. I ended up getting a man who was straightforward, rushed me and wanted to be done with it. After actually being done and package is read to ship, he literally throws the package which I specified as an laptop being sent in for repairs wrapped in bubble wrap. It stung me a bit to hear the box hitting the bottom and I can't imagine the laptop breaking anymore than it is. The service and the people are terrible. I don't know why I keep trying to trust this place, there are far more preferable services elsewhere and since I thought it was just convenient to pick up one of my packages here because I wasn't home to pick them up, killing two birds with one stone. The only issue i have regarding this location is the driver for my area. The driver is lazy and doesn't get out of the truck to get signature confirmations. The notice is continuously left in the mailbox for every order that I've ever needed to actually sign stating that there was no authorized person to sign. I've been home every time I find this notice in the mailbox and never have I heard of a door bell or knock on the door. It's just placed inside the mailbox so I can go pick it up myself. THEY DO NOT SELL STAMPS IN THE LOBBY! if you need to buy a stamp, you have to go during their open hours when the counters are open, and wait in line to buy a stamp from a person. Like the previous reviewer stated, please DO NOT get your passport done at this location. I wish I would've read the review before making an appointment here. We came over 2 months before the date of travel and opted to get the pictures taken here for both of my children, one being an infant. Not only did Cynthia Warren act like she was put out by having to take his picture, she snapped at others who were standing by. Also, I had prewritten the checks for normal processing of a passport book ($80 + $16.48 for 1-2 day shipping). She looked at me like I was crazy and said that wasn't an option. She said it's either expedited processing plus 1-2 day shipping or just normal processing and normal shipping ($80 or $156.48). When I told her that the website stated otherwise, responded with 'I do this EVERYDAY and that is not an option'. Ok, whatever...so I rewrote the checks. Well 3 weeks later I received a letter stating that the passport photo was rejected and the application was missing our signatures that Cynthia was supposed to obtain. When I came back and told her what happened, she tried blaming CVS for the bad photo. I replied letting her know that she was the one who took the photo! Fast forward to today, I'm now going to have to pay the expediting fee and the expedited shipping because she failed to obtain our signatures and the photo she took got rejected! ‍ read more

i have sent 2 of my tenants to obtain mailbox keys since june 4,2020 as of today september 3,2020 they have not been able to get their keys . they have gone multiple times and keep getting the run around as the man who changed out the lock has not turned the keys in to the office. this seems to be quit to long of a wait . many of my tenants have paid to get mail box keys and have had much of the same issues . management is horrible lack of cummunication and is always rude . to much mess in that post office . need new management period . that office needs to clean house to provide good customer service . read more
