I had to visit the distribution center because I received two text notifications saying my pkg…read morewasn't able to be delivered due to "no one home" - even though people were home both times. The driver also had NOT attempted to deliver the package. I know this because I have a doorbell camera & never saw a driver at my home. The door tag I was suppose to receive also wasn't on my door, but per the picture it was on the driver's LEG! When you get to the distribution center no one is there. You have to pick up a phone to speak with someone. Fortunately the woman I spoke to was extremely helpful and the driver finally did his job and delivered my no signature required package later that day. Local customer service 100, but telephone customer service is not useful or helpful at all. They need to stop outsourcing. 3 because of that and the driver.
