Don't get me wrong, I'm a patient woman, BUT I don't like wasting time. In the middle of the day, you can't go on lunch break either because that's when people that are on lunch break make errands like WAIT FOR IT. . . .get the mail!!!! No wonder the post office is going out of business. Locations like this wanted to falsify themselves as an "Express" location when even the Postal Pony Mail could have gotten me a stamp and picked up my mail faster than this location! We go to this Post Office almost every Saturday and we can count on them opening real early so we can drop off our packages and get on with our day. They do close at 9am so be sure to come. Majority of the time, there is no line. This is probably the smallest Post Office that I've ever seen. I don't know how this location isn't during the weekdays. The staff are fast and friendly. The parking lot is small.

This morning I went to drop of my Christmas cards. I drove an hour and a half to this location…read morespecifically because they are open earlier. I was greeted by a wonderful older women who was happy to help me. I told her I needed to get my cards hand cancelled, but I would be happy to pay for her time or even do it myself. She proceeded with no issues until her supervisor, Christabelle Garcia heard our converstation. Christabelle told me they would be refusing to hand cancel my cards, and that all USPS locations stopped hand cancelling mail. I told her that I had been at a USPS location the day before to confirm that all I needed to ask for was hand cancelling. She told me they would not help me and my cards would be sent to Houston and mailed from there. I informed Christabelle that I was aware she was lying and she had nothing to say. After leaving the post office I filed a report against her for fraud, lying and manipulation with the USPS Inspector Generals Office. I hope they do their due diligence and fire this woman. Her behavior is disgusting and she deserves to be punished, if not fired for her nastiness. She made it clear that she was the boss and there was no way anyone would stop her from lying and treating people like garbage. I cant imagine being such a disappointment of a human being- especially with Christ in her name. She should be ashamed of herself.

I was amazed again the huge rows of post office boxes, wondering if they'll ever run out considering campus growth. I also remain curious on what goods end up in these boxes. I am a member of the United States Dressage Federation and the majority of my interactions have been with the wonderful ladies at this branch such as Angela who have gone out of their way to assist me and my friends to send and receive letters and large parcels processed both nationally and internationally, e.g. Ireland and other European Union countries.
