The first of april I was supposed to have a birthday card in there from an out of town friend. As of today 7/30 I have yet to receive it.even worse is oo 7/17 it showed a reimbursement check from our insurance company. Obviously nobody answers the phone, but thats why you go in since you'll have to regardless of what it is your asking. This is as fast as a post office gets, service is not slow by any means. Never had any issues here, unlike other local branches who can't seem to do much of anything. The Monroe location has the worst group of employees I've ever encountered, so this was a very pleasant surprise.

Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.
