Quick and friendly! I went in just before closing and was in and out. Great support despite the other reviews left.

US Post Office - USPS delivery chick must've been advertising for porch pirates! Didn't even bother to walk 5 more steps to the door!

Its not just me! This is the PO near my home thats more convenient to me but I end up going there…read moreonly as a last resort (Starmount PO on South Blvd has the coolest clerks...FYI) As Chad said the convenience is killer, but the people who work there are MUTANTS!!! I can't think of one person there who isn't angry/rude/has the personality of a zombie. The only 3 packages that I've EVER mailed in my life (I'm 46) that were mailed to the wrong address because they were shipped incorrectly by the PO was out of this location, and all w/in the last 2-3 yrs. The cast of characters there include a cpl black guys who pay way more attn to the women in line & their back&forth conversations than what they're doing, an older blond white lady who looks/acts like she's on massive amounts of anti-psychotic meds, a big shaved headed white dude who looks like a WWA wrestler and like he's ready to start shooting, a little neat anal retentive guy who will isnpect everything you give him like he's looking for evidence of something...the list goes on...

Lost my package. Sent it to the wrong address. I received another package from the same company…read morewhere the driver also signed my signature without my permission. I don't think I've reviewed a 'UPS' per se before, but after locating this adjacent to the COSTCO…read moreand needing to drop off an Amazon return, I have nothing but a 5-Star review to leave. Recommend: Absolutely based on my experience. Opened door, instantly greeted, surprised by the sheer amount of office 'things' you could do here, from printing MAPS to packaging and scanning. I do NOT see UPS stores this nice anywhere in Tucson, AZ or this well suited to handle professional services. Quickly communicated with by the Staff, took my product, thanked me for stopping in and with a smile, wished me a great day! I don't know if there has been a management changeover from reading all the 1-Star reviews (since 2021) but I saw no indications of substandard service on my visit.

There were three employees doing nothing and the man was still very rude. Edit: thanks for the response, but I do not work at ups. there's never a reason to treat a customer with disrespect like you did. All you had to do was ask nicely and I would have done what you asked. But what you did was say "that's not helpful " and then you got mad when I put the boxes on the wrong side? How would I as a customer possibly know what to do in your store. Every other ups is glad to receive the business and they do it with a nice greeting and willingness to help. Again a little courtesy goes a long way. I have never had any issues with any other ups or mail service, and I drop off many packages weekly so perhaps take this as constructive criticism and improve your attitude.

United States Postal Service - Self service

This is my go-to local post office, and for everyday mailing needs, it really checks all the boxes…read more Parking is easy, the location is convenient, and the facility feels clean, well-lit, and safe--which matters when you're running errands on a tight schedule. One of the biggest highlights for me is the self-service postal kiosk (that do-it-yourself machine that weighs your package, calculates the postage, and prints the label right there). It's incredibly easy to use and, best of all, it lets you skip standing in line like cattle. That alone makes this location worth visiting. They also have drive-through mailboxes, which is another huge convenience. You can drop off letters without even getting out of your car--perfect for quick stops when you're on the go. On the occasions when I've needed full-service help--like sending certified mail--the wait hasn't been bad, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. That makes a difference. My one wish: It would be great if they added another self-service option to purchase Forever stamps without having to stand in line. That would make this place just about perfect. Bottom line: Convenient, efficient, and staffed by friendly people. If you're looking for a reliable neighborhood post office with easy parking and modern self-service options, this is a solid choice.

I run a small business and ship all my items with stamps to save shipping costs. Both times all I needed were stamps and both times the employees were so snarky to me for no reason. I asked if they could weigh the envelope and let me know if it was too heavy for one stamp to which the lady behind the counter thought it was a good idea to just bend the envelope completely?? She snarled something about it needing a special stamp. A few people have told me before that because the envelopes aren't completely flat, they would recommend a special stamp, but I haven't run into any issues shipping the way I do. I repeated my original question about the weight and she just handed the envelope back to me without weighing it. So yeah i'm not coming back here again! I just moved to CLT too..talk about a warm welcome.
