He treated me with a smile and was very welcoming. I arrived there last minute as their last appointment on a Saturday and the guys did the job in no time with great attention to detail. The owner helped me choose the right tint for my car within my budget and gave me couple of hints and tips along the way. It was a nice educational moment. Great, great, great. Jack knows what he's doing. He walked me through all my options, told me exactly what I was getting and delivered. My car looks great, but more importantly, now it's COOL inside. The LA sun was baking my left arm before and now I don't even notice it. Got the 3M Crystalline on my windows + a 5% sun visor across the windshield and 5% on my sunroof. Jack even did the 2nd sunroof panel for free! Above all else, Jack and his team provide outstanding customer service from my first call asking a bunch of questions, to final approval of the work. I am so pleased with the work done by Jack & the team at United Tint. From the appointment setting to delivery of my car it was IMPECCABLE service! I contacted Jack late afternoon & he was able to get me an appointment for the very next day. Like others have stated, they only work on 1-2 cars at a time so your not waiting all day or get a sloppy rush job. Jack helped my boyfriend & I pick the perfect tint for my car & then gave us an ETA for completion, which due to my fault was longer than expected. He called an Uber for us to go to the mall & hang out while we wait, free of charge! He called at the exact time he quoted me & said the car was done. It rained all last week, so I was a bit nervous about the drying process of the tint, but the installers assured me it would be fine & what to do. Jack was out when I picked up my car but I recréa message from him that afternoon apologizing for not being there to deliver the car & asking me to call him with any issues should they arise.
