Bought what was advertised as a brand-new tire and received one that had already been patched. That alone is unacceptable. What really pushed this over the edge was their so-called solution. I was told to return the tire via FedEx, despite the fact that my vehicle can't be driven without it. Should I take an Uber there and back with a tire?!?! I had a replacement appointment scheduled and commitments this weekend, and now I'm left either scrambling to rent a car or eating the cost of their mistake. Sending a repaired tire as "new" and then shifting the inconvenience entirely onto the customer is not customer service, it's negligence. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you're looking to flush money down the toilet, whilst being struck with a migraine.

Swapping a bad flat for a nearly new tire!

I just got another 'like new' pair for our dear old Saab. Got a bad flat and the other side wasn't that good. What would I do without utires?

    Tire sent

I ordered a tire to replace a tire with a separated belt. I didn't want to buy a new set of Nitto Ridge grapplers so I figured id grab one with similar wear and so the strain on the transfer case wouldn't happen. plus $2600 because of one tire hurts my soul. Any who, I found a Nitto on United Tires for a pretty good deal and matching tread depth and reading the website they mention the inspection process. Long story short I received the tire and what looked to be very large chunks missing from the tread blocks and also a 1 and a half ft slice less than an inch from the side walls. This is not hidden and could be mistaken. It was obvious and in no way should have passed any inspection. Not only that but the inner walls of the tires have 2 bumps indicating belt separation. This tire was obviously in an accident with impact on the tires. There inspection process Is not what they state and I was sold a dangerous tire that could have caused an accident. They want the tire back which is why I am writing this review in case they sell it again. Someone might actually install this on their 6000lb truck and hurt themselves or others.

BEWARE! Company knowingly sells defective tires! Not only is this dangerous, but so so shady. And having people that do not speak English as their first language on customer service is pretty dumb. Only offering a refund if you remove your negative review. Not happening

Tire sold as "new" arrived with repaired damage... then blew again after just 40 miles.

MY WIFE AND I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED! * * * WARNING/DANGER !!! * * * Company knowingly selling damaged repaired motorcycle tires described as "new". Had one blow out while on busy freeway doing 80 mph with just 40 miles on it, and they said "Have a nice day!" when I complained.

Horrible customer service I want to go to an appointment on my car and they charged me over $200 and on top of that he didn't even need alignment. The car was driving good for somehow. My car stopped shaking on the highway and they told me they need new suspensions, which she didn't make sense. I took it somewhere else. They told me that I didn't need an alignment that you only need new brakes and rotors and I changed my brakes and rotors and my car drives perfectly Fine. They did the same thing to my brother. He went for our oxygen sensor and they were telling him that his timing belt was messed up so he took his car to Mercedes and the only change the oxygen sensor. And they told me everything was good. They lied to customers just so they can make more money whole time the other employee told me that they ordered oxygen sensor for the car and that they were gonna put it on, but he told me to not tell his manager so they were just gonna put the oxygen sensor and charge me for a timing belt in labor so when I come pick up my car, my car would be good and it won't show no more codes after they change the oxygen sensor that's why he took it to Mercedes and said that the oxygen sensor is the only problem in the car, but they told the opposite first he said, oxygen sensor and timing belt and then they said the only timing belt whole time, the problem was oxygen sensor do not go there. They're expensive they're rude and unprofessional.

My mom referred me to United Tires. The quality and value of the tires were great! I will definitely order again in the future.

My tires came in sooner than expected which is great. And the tires were still in great condition. No problems on the road.

I specifically discussed replacing key components such as leaf springs, shackles, and bushings, and also mentioned the possibility of a lift kit during the process. Unfortunately, all I got was a lift the work performed did not reflect what was discussed. The majority of the requested suspension components were not addressed. Existing bushings were left in place, and my passenger-side splash guard was removed and never reinstalled. Communication throughout the process was poor. I was never contacted to review the scope of work, confirm parts being used, or approve any changes. I had to repeatedly call for updates, and even then, the information provided was vague and inconsistent. At no point was there any transparency regarding what parts were installed or why certain items were not replaced. Additionally, tires were installed, yet the tire pressure warning light remains on, raising further concerns about the completeness of the service. Upon pickup, the final cost exceeded the original quote without prior discussion or approval. No walkthrough of the work was provided -- I was simply asked to pay and given the keys. Given that suspension work directly impacts vehicle safety, this level of service, communication, and execution is unacceptable. I cannot recommend A Trendz based on this experience.

I was told the DRL installation could be done, and at no point was I informed that the shop lacked experience with this type of work or was unsure of the proper installation process. After several hours, I was told the DRL kit was "not the correct fit." After contacting the manufacturer directly, it was confirmed that the kit is the correct and only compatible option for my vehicle and that the installation requires specialized headlight work. It became clear the shop did not know how to perform this installation, yet instead of communicating that professionally upfront, they attempted the job anyway. During the badge replacement, no photos were taken of the original OEM silver badges to ensure correct placement, spacing, or alignment before installing the aftermarket black badges. As a result, the black M60i badges were installed crooked and spaced too closely together, which is unacceptable from a professional shop. Additionally, because the front bumper was removed during the attempted DRL installation, I later noticed a paint chip on the driver-side front bumper panel near the headlight seam. This damage was not present prior to my visit. If a shop is not experienced with specialized installations, the professional course of action is to clearly communicate that and decline the job--not to proceed without proper knowledge or preparation. Between the lack of transparency, poor execution, and resulting damage, this experience fell well below an acceptable standard of professionalism.

I had a few questions about the type of undercoating they use and whether there were less damaging options in case it ever chipped. The answers I got felt rushed and vague, and then they just stopped replying altogether. I ended up doing the job myself with Fluid Film and Cosmoline. It was definitely messier and probably not as thorough as a pro could do, but I didn't feel confident they'd take the time or care to do it right. Disappointing.

One year they oversprayed my rims with the rustproof coating. Took it back and cleaned it off. Since then have been excellent and no further issues on touchups. My only dislike i can say is the undercoating smells. It will get some getting used to until it dissipates after about a week on first application and futher applications. Service has been doing great since my first visit back in 2016 and will continue to do business with them.
