Unfortunately, my car fell victim to the beginning Chicago construction season and collected some unwanted materials. A neighbor recommended Reyes' Tire Shop and I was so happy with their services. Just make sure you know to turn to get into their alley. There's a sign to warn you, but some people seemed confused. It's very easy to access and the location is in a great spot. I pulled right in their lot on a Wednesday morning and I was in and out within 20 minutes. When it came to the repair, the repairman immediately saw two nails in the car. He went back to repair it and was gone for about 5 minutes. He came back and showed me where there was a continued bubble, showing me why it was taking longer than he wanted. He took it back and also found a shard of metal in it. The fact that he came back and showed me meant a lot as a female getting car repair work. The price was BEYOND fair for the quality and work done on my tire. I was warned they are a cash only operation, but other reviews mention accepting Zelle. Hopefully I won't be a returning customer, but if I am, I know I won't be disappointed. read more

Nobody ever wants to have to go to a shop like this, but Chicago winters always have other plans. I pass this shop nearly every day, as its location is super convenient. Last night, coming off the highway, we hit a huge pothole that destroyed our front tire. After limping home on a donut, we called Reyes' the next morning looking for a replacement. The man who answered the phone was super friendly and while they didn't have the exact model we lost, he said they had a lightly used one of a different brand. We parked in their lot around back and were surprised they came out and got to work right away. The tired was replaced and rotated to the rear in no time, and the price was incredible. They are cash only, but do take Zelle, which is super convenient. We will definitely be back for all our tire needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Incredibly fast and excellent service. I usually just come to get a slow leak fixed but I've never had the service take more than 15 minutes no matter the day of the week or the time of day. You can pull up to the back of the store through the alley. It's only cash, but the Walgreens is 50 feet away. Went there twice... first time I had a nail, they put a plug... don't have issue since then. The charged me fair for that, they were quick.. no fuss, no wait. Second time I had another nail but without the tire being flat. The guy took the nail off and tested for air leak. There was none, so he told me no need for anything at this point. Good, fast, honest and reasonably priced ... what else do you need? I got my tires patched a couple of times when I had a leak. Then, I took my car to my dealership for mechanic service and they told me I needed all four new tires. This is a GREAT tire shop. One of my car's tires had a bulge and I went in to get it replaced. Victor Reyes was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He ordered the tire for me (this was Saturday afternoon) and called to say it had arrived to the shop by Monday at 8:00 AM. I drove to Reyes' (go round the back in the alley for the repair) and they got right to my problem, they found a small nail in the tread and were able to plug the tire- I was in and out in 45 minutes! avoid this shithole! first-employee hit at full power allow rim with big hammer and smashed it,actually -ruined. than he said that i don't need balansing ,though it was included in price. rest of job continued owner, wich first of all steal pressure monitoring system element ,wich is disabled whole expensive TPMS(and he charged estra for "new" valve instead of TPMS element).finally ,after his balancing new wheel is shaking while driving.It's just absolutely worst tire shop in my life experience read more

I called and got a quote for a single tire, he gave me a price that was incredibly fair for what I needed. When I went in, he found out that the problem was much more serious than we thought, and that there was a crack in my rim. So very impressed with this place! The young man who helped me (I forgot to get his name) went above and beyond to help me out. Both my tire and my spare were busted so I wanted to replace 2 tires. Turned out my spare tire's rim was bent pretty badly. In addition to replacing my tire he heated the rim and bent it back into shape at no additional charge to me.
