Service was speedy, and when asking about my replacement they didn't try to oversell or assume I didn't know what I was talking about. I am on the verge of getting a full new set of tires, and they didn't push back when I opted for the cheapest single run flat to get me by until I replaced the full set. I order wheel for my Tesla model 3 , guy name Matt, told me it has to take 3 days to get it . He scheduled my appointment for Friday , right 3 days after my order was placed. After waiting an hour for the service, I was informed that wheel never arrived and I have to wait another week until they get the wheel. My question is , why service was scheduled if part didn't arrived. Three business days later , nobody even tried to contact me to solve this issue. Once I addressed that , in very distracting form I was told that nobody would solve my problem and I will get a refund. I don't need a refund, I need service done . No other solutions were offered. I got two tesla3 pirelli used tires with 6/7 thread. One of the tires had a small not repaired puncture that made to loose 2psi pressure daily. It took a good amount of time and dealing with a bot to get them to send me another tire. The tire they send has been repaired on the side wall and shows a 3mm whole from the exterior. This tire is a liability and it should not have repaired or re-selled. No shop wants to install such a tire. Their service is terrible. You have to prove that they messed up and deal with a bot that asks you to get a written statement from the shop that does not want to install your tire and the tire is punctured. That is not right. They are pushing me to use a unsafe repaired tire. I just wanted a used tired that was used not trashed and I can be used in a safe reliable way. With this shop you may get lucky, good luck, but most likely not and it has been taking my time and my patience. Not worth at all. Lets get this shop out of business since is more that the quality. CAUTION DANGER! United Tires is NOT repairing their used tires correctly or safely. 2 Tires with punctures only had patches on the inside without any plug in the puncture hole. As a result Discount Tire (AKA America's Tire) refused to mount them. The US Tire Manufacturer's Association even specifically states in their tire repair manual "A plug by itself or a patch by itself is an unacceptable repair." I brought this up to customer service and went back and forth with them as they ignored my concern. They didn't care at all about the lack of safety and instead just wanted to make the problem disappear by offering me a $15 partial refund even though I didn't care about the $ at all. They refused to repair the punctures correctly or exchange the tires for non punctured ones. They just wanted to sweep the issue under the rug basically. Tires are no joke, this is a major safety issue and it's wild that in 2025 a company is purposefully scrimping on safety and opening up such a big liability for themselves (we're talking pennies here since tire plugs and patches come as a 1-piece ready-to-install unit nowadays.) Buyer Beware! Oh also, my tires had 1 to 1.5/32nds less tread than they advertised on their site so make sure you buy a tire tread depth gauge and check them for yourself. They sounded professional on the phone, and I specifically requested pricier, high-quality used tires with no patches and good tread. Unfortunately, one of the tires failed almost immediately and went completely flat late at night, leaving me stranded. It was close to midnight, and I had to figure out how to get home, find a ride, and then rearrange my entire weekend to deal with the situation. It was stressful, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. The next day, a mechanic found a large hole in the tire, and I had to replace it with a brand-new one. When I contacted the company, they told me to ship the defective tire back -- putting even more time and effort on me -- and showed no concern for the situation or the safety risk it caused. They simply pointed to their return policy, taking no responsibility for selling a faulty product that led to so much stress and safety risk. Their claims about inspecting tires are clearly not true. With a policy like their's, they simply lose nothing by selling defective products and the clients interests are not protected in any way. Because of that one bad tire, I had to unmount all four and return the full set. UTires admitted the tire was damaged and accepted the return, but they refused to cover any of the extra costs I had to deal with. That includes the mounting, the unmounting, and the FedEx packaging I had to pay for because they only sent me two labels for four tires and gave me no instructions. Every time I asked them to do the right thing, they just repeated the same thing about their policy. No accountability. No real help. United Tires has no integrity, no accountability, and no concept of customer service. They hide behind "policy" instead of doing what's right. I bought a set of two matching tires, sold as a single product. One arrived defective with a sidewall leak, making the entire set useless. Their "solution"? Replace one tire with a different brand (leaving me with mismatched tires) or refund both but only reimburse half of my installation cost because "only one" was defective. That logic is absurd. I didn't buy two individual tires...I bought one set. Both were installed together, and because one was defective, the whole set was worthless. I shouldn't have to eat half the installation cost for a product that was defective from the start (and I'm not even factoring in the extra cost to dismount and remount new tires). Their website proudly claims every tire is inspected and tested before shipping, yet clearly that's not true. Otherwise, how would a tire with a major sidewall leak pass "inspection"? They clearly just buy and flip tires without real testing. The most telling part of this company's low standards is that the person handling my case was their Chief Customer Officer, Brian Collins. How does someone with that title refuse to take responsibility or do right by the customer? I'm a repeat buyer too, but loyalty means nothing to this company. For the minimal cost of doing the right thing, United Tires would rather show no accountability, no ethics, and no respect for their customers. Before you purchase from them, please verify the date codes on the tire. I purchased two tires for my dad as he was going on a road trip at the end of the week they came in. He went to go install them and nobody would install them due to them being seven years old, but they looked good then it was a mission to have them picked up. They did send replacement tires however this postponed my dad's trip. I didn't think they would try to send seven year-old Tires. I damaged a tire on my car a couple weeks ago and new replacements were over $200, so I started shopping around for decent used. eBay had some, but a lot of those had sidewall repairs, which is dangerous and isn't supposed to be done. Google took me instead to United Tires, who say they don't do that. My tire with 8/32nds left on the tread was $70, so I figured it was worth a try. I got tracking for the tire (shipping was free) through FedEx and it arrived. Initial inspection showed their tread measurement was correct and the tire had one repair as they mentioned (in the tread, which is fine). No other damage to the tire and date of manufacture was from 2022, which is pretty close to my existing tires. Overall my experience was great. Their process was pretty pain free, the tire was a good price, shipping was speedy and the tire is fairly new and in good operable condition. I would buy tires from United again. read more

Bought a tire for $85, two days after paying $50 for installation, the tire went flat, had to call AAA. Took it to a different installation shop because I was out of town and they said the tire was dry rotted and had a pin hole in the side wall. Tried to return but United Tires wanted me to take a video after the fact. I had already taken pics of the tire itself and the install receipt. I even had the installer email them about the issue. I purchased a used tire from United Tires that appeared in reasonably good condition as a full-sized spare for my Mazda CX-9 via eBay. A few days after I received the tire I took it to a tire shop to mount on a rim. About 10 days after the tire was mounted I happened to notice while moving the tire that it was soft because all the air was gone. I took it back to the tire shop and they informed me after testing it that the tire had an unfixable hole in the sidewall. I immediately contacted United Tire expecting they would probably ask if I wanted a replacement or a refund. What they said was that my 7-day warranty period had passed, therefore they will neither replace nor refund my money. After trying very hard to get them to understand that 7 days was much too short for anyone to realize they were sent a bad tire and they needed to fix this, I decided to write a review because I had clearly been cheated. My review wasn't a good one I was contacted a few hours later by United Tires CEO, Mike Skoropad, professing that "this company is my baby and I will do anything to make it right" and I thought, finally, someone with some humanity left in them. Just to be sure I got my money back, I initiated an eBay return process. United Tires said I could return the tire at my own cost but the shipping cost quoted by UPS exceeded the cost of the tire. United Tire refused to pay for the shipping but instead told me they would refund my money only if I agreed to revise my review to be positive of them. I refused. What I have come to realize is that what has happened to me is very, very common practice at United Tires. Please do an internet search with "united tires review" to see what I mean. They regularly sell defective tires and use they 7-day warranty as a cover knowing you probably wouldn't realize you've been cheated before 7 days go by, then ask you to rewrite a bad review as a condition of getting your money back. THAT IS THEIR BUSINESS STRATEGY! Mike Skoropad and his company are the most dishonest, crooked people I have ever come across online and I will spread that message to as many places as I can. UNSAFE COULD Have BEEN FATAL! 0n Wednesday October 22nd 2 I purchased 2 used tires with description "Set of (2) Used 265/35ZR20 Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus 99Y - 7.5-8/32" these tires were received on October 27th and brought immediately to Town Fair Tire in Newington NH. upon inspection they found some severe problems and troubling safety concerns to the point where they refused to install the tires due to safety and liability. one of the tires had 2 brad nails punctured into them. other issues noted by technician were bad patch work. inside wall damage, Inside rubber damage, Severe inside rubber corrosion. I contacted the company and they do not seem to understand or care how sever this problem is and how quickly this can become a legal issue. What if a less scrupulous tech had put the tires on and one blew out with my kid in the car? This is very scary stuff. I'm currently working on a lawsuit. United Tires is an absolute scam. They will mail you defective tires, allow you to file a return so that eBay is notified and eBay sends an auto response that the seller has sent a return label (when they have not). they will then message you for information, immediately decline your return request in violation of their policy listed on their page, and then they will only allow you a replacement in exchange for a positive review. Once you change the review, they will send you the replacement which is not actually a replacement (like what happened to me today) because you cannot change the review once it has been submitted. Then your product arrives, it's a trash tire that doesn't match what you ordered, you can't change the review and they have "resolved" your issue so nothing can be done. and then ghost you. you can't even leave a google review because they know they can't control those reviews like they can on eBay and other platforms. It's a complete an utter scam and people need to be warned. They make you pay via Venmo so you can't dispute via your credit card. it's so sketchy how well designed their fraud scheme is. read more

Just bought my second pair of Michelin tires from United. I couldn't be more satisfied with the knowledgeable and friendly customer service, and the value I got for my money. I am a return customer, and expect to remain one. PS: The tires I bought had 9/32 of tread, as advertised. Brand-new tires have 10-10.5/32. So these tires were about 1/10 worn, or 90% of tread remaining. They look and ride like brand-new tires, at a far lower cost. Don't hesitate to do business with United. I received the tire quickly and took it to Discount Tire for installation. They would not install it because there was an interior patch that was completed separate from the exterior patch. I ate the $30 I spent on the tire. Maybe this is just a Discount Tire issue, but I recommend asking your installer before you buy. read more

Based on several negative reviews, I was somewhat hesitant and confirmed with "Mike" that the tire was as advertised....no plugs or patches. The tire was delivered in a few days and was in excellent condition. Where else can you buy a 9/32 tread 21" 275/45 Continental tire for $70? The leak took a few days to show that the tire was defective and United Tires refuses to fix the problem and is simply pocketing the money. Safe tires keep you safe. United Tires posts a lot of pictures making it look like they inspect and pressure test their tires but they are not actually doing that. BUYER BEWARE!! DONT GET BURNED LIKE ME!! I knew I could get repaired tires. I did not expect that the repairs would be on the sidewalls. The manufacturer and most credible shops advise against repairs on the sidewall. The tires I bought were for a Tesla Model X, very heavy and very fast. The speed rating of the tire is compromised with a patch on the sidewall. One of the tires I received does not hold air, not surprised. United offered to send a replacement but with a different tread depth and an older production date code.
