I'm very happy to give MW Tire a 5 star review after the recent experiences I had working with Omar and his team. I recently purchased an older car that needed quite a bit of work to make it safe and reliable. My first stop was another shop down the street that dramatically overcharged me for shoddy work. I came across MW bc the other shop was not able to align an SUV with 33" tires. Omar did a great job, had clear communication, made me aware of several issues that the prior shop missed, and charged a fair price for his work. MW resolved all dash lights and ensured that my brakes were operating even better than new. I'll be using his shop for all wheel/tire/brake/suspension and general maintenance of all of my cars from now on. read more

My tire pressure indicator light lit up. I went to MW Tires for help. The attendant told me they would look at the tires for $20 cash and if a repair was needed, the charge would be $30 cash. i waited in the waiting room. The attendant came to tell me that there was no damage, and all four tires were underinflated causing the light to light. My son-in-law checked the tires that evenIng and discovered the front tires were filled to 54 lbs and the back passenger tire was low. He filled the tires to the proper pressure. The next day I went to Midas. They removed a screw in the tire and repaired the tire. It worked. MW Tires overcharged me, inflated my tires to an unsafe level and didn't fix the problem. I'm now a Midas customer for life. read more

Took in my 2018 chevy silverado to get new tires brakes and tie rods, shocks and the job they did sucked. First of my truck did not come out the shop how i brought it in. The height from the front end was completely off by 3in, when i turn my tires scrape and the brakes make a scratchy noise. Also I was driving and the tie rod on the left side came off and it came to be that they had to cut down on the tie rod for who knows what. I extremely do not recommend this place. They over charge for shitty fucking work. read more

I would NOT use this company by any means. First they have a place that allowed you to take a loan out and pay monthly (Americas first finance) which they are SCAMMERS!! Second, the owners of this Tire place DO NOT tell you after you pay off the damn tires & labor, that place is going to continue to rob you and charge OUTRAGEOUS INTEREST RATES because they do not tell you it's a LEASE! Also, I had constant issues with the tires, first person who put them left my car shaking, had to fix that. And it happened again, I had to go to a separate mechanic to make it better. Very friendly and courteous to me when I recently entered their shop for thirst time inquiring about buying new tires to upgraded brand new 4Runner to some bigger meats in the corners. Got the 275/70/17 BFGoodrich K02s. They ordered the tires I wanted and they were delivered and installed the next day, will definitely be coming back here when I get ready to make an rim upgrade decision as well. This place and its dishonest owner deserve 0 stars. They destroyed our vehicle by selling us rims that they said would work and fit. They also have a financing company that makes you lease their tires, so if you don't pay attention to the fine print, you will pay thousands of dollars for the cheapest tires and rims. They are so disrespectful and don't care about their customer. These good reviews made me use this place when I had an emergency. I regret ever coming to this most dishonest place. read more

This place is great, succinct and to the point. I got a great deal on 4 new Michellin tires installed, balanced, car aligned, great price out the door. Had a question about service, told me to come in and even repaired a dented rim for free, after they had already given me a price and I had accepted! Told me no charge! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW THAT IS WHAT THIS PLACE WOULD GET Brought my truck in for a wheel balance and was told that I needed to have my tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm and center link replaced. When I picked my truck up I drove the 6 blocks to my house and everything seemed fine. That same night I left for work and as soon as I hit 40 mph my truck was all over the place. Every bump, every dip in the road it felt like my truck was swerveing every which way. Got on the highway and literally thought I was going to die, steering wheel was shaking like crazy, my truck was going all over the highway. Brought it back the next morning when I got off work and was asked to leave it because the guy must have rushed to get my truck done which is what he told me. Pick it back up that day and he says that my truck wasn't aligned correctly and I should have no more problems. Leave for work that night and the tires were fighting eachother still and pulling to the left drastically. Take it back and they acted like I was a problem for them. So they tried again and nope still not right. Took it back again when I went out of town for 2 days, they did not call one time to tell me anything about my truck. Got back and truck was not ready due to rain and not being able to test drive it. I go Friday morning to get it and the guy is taking my truck back apart. Turns out they put the wrong center bar on my truck. So I hoped it was fixed... NOPE. My truck is currently at another shop being fixed as we speak. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR TRUCK AND ACT LIKE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. 1300 bucks for them to break my truck and cause more problems than I had in the first place. They left their instructions for the installation of the tie rods on my front seat and greasy finger prints all over my door and glove box. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! i can guarantee you 9/10 they're going to try and tell you some bullshit that's wrong with your car just to get more money out of you. i went in for only a wheel alignment since my wheel always steers to the right while i'm driving and ofc when i get there "it isn't just my alignment that's wrong with the car" so i went in expecting around 100$ for an alignment and they come back trying to charge me 1200. that's damn near half of what i even payed for the car. i ended doing what they asked and got my control arms tires and ball joint rods replaced. (costed me an arm and a leg) and OFC the originally thing i had went in there for (MY ALIGNMENT) THEY NEVER DID IT NOT TO MENTION MY CAR WAS IN THEIR SHOP THE ENTIRE DAY. i was the first person in their shop as soon as they opened and the very last car in the shop that day. Excellent service. I had been dealing with slow air leaks from my wheels/tires for almost a year. I bought an air pump and put air in my tires weekly at first and when the Chicago winter got colder I was putting air in my tires every three days. I was told by many people that my Escalade chrome wheels where known to leak and would probably need to be replaced. I was trying to get home after leaving work early on one of Chicago's record breaking coldest days of the year when my tire started loosing air rapidly from a valve stem, I was lucky to make it to MW Tires as they were getting ready to close. Omar greeted me when I arrived, I explained my situation and he had my truck brought inside as soon as possible. Omar & his crew had my truck tires/rims repaired in less than an hour which was fast considering he repaired all four and had other cars done that were there ahead of me at closing time. Weeks later and many cold days have gone by, I haven't had to put air in my tires. The Service I received at MW Tires was Excellent from start to finish. read more

Excellent service here, really pleasant guys, very nice waiting area; not that I spend much time there. We had a flat tire on a Saturday night, and of course we found out the hard way that vehicle manufactures no longer provide spare tires and jacks. We did find a little air machine where the spare tire used to go, that presumably works perfectly fine on tiny perfect nail holes. Luckily, we weren't on a mountain in subzero weather. Anyway, we didn't have to go far to get the rim fixed in under 15 minutes, for a very reasonable rate, on a Sunday morning. read more
