They showed up fully prepared and handled everything without turning it into a stressful ordeal. Most recently I rented a dumpster from them at a new residence and it was just as smooth. They dropped it off, I filled it on my own timeline, and they hauled it away. I ended up needing an extra day and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating (which matters a lot during a move).
