I was told a provider would call me today to discuss what I should do. Yep no one called me. I was very firm this morning about how bad it felt and that it wasn't normal. So I guess I try again in the morning but most likely will not continue at this practice.

I don't mind being farmed out to other practitioners but they should have the same follow-through is the original one. They just dropped the ball so many times. I left them feeling really disappointed. The lack of follow up and follow through was really lacking. When my labs would come back I would have to chase them down to get somebody to call me back. For the amount of money I'm paying I shouldn't have to chase them and continuously call and leave messages to get some type of response. I do not feel they were aggressive enough with my treatment and because I wasn't buying all the add-ons. I feel like I was a waste of their time and they didn't treat me or care the way they should have. I know there is a range of where they want your numbers to be... But some people don't fit that range and sometimes they need more. Everybody's body chemistry is different... hence the customization of the pellets.

The entire place is immaculate, lots of fun toys, nothing plastic, all wooden. Great decor. Eucalyptus humidifiers running in every room. The design is great. The location is perfect for us. The prices are heavy, but depending on what insurance you have it could be comparable to what you're paying already as a co-pay. I believe the very first visit is $300 unless it's a sick visit. Sick visits are $125 with a $50 deposit. You will get dinged if you don't cancel it in the 24 hours of your appointment. Overall, we saw Dr. Kirk and she was also the one who picked up the phone and scheduled us initially. She was great. Very wise, offered an action plan and also a Plan B if that didn't work out for for us. She was very kind and gentle with my son. We may book a salt session soon and we recommend NP for those of you who go to homeopathic route with a Naturopathic doctor.

I found it very sad that she would charge to simply go over the results and she would not release my son's notes to me until I paid her. Once I threatened to take her to the board did she "release" my son's notes. Only the most pathetic part of it all, is she was so petty that she put her ego before the health and wellbeing of my son. As she did release the notes but they did not include any of the treatment or details discussed, obviously as some type of "payback". Don't see a doctor that cares more about money and her own pride than the well being of little children. She's honestly such a sad human being.

I came to Prestige as a disillusioned patient from the churn and burn Banner Clinic experience (horrific and impersonal). Candee and her small but mighty staff are the most responsive, caring and conscientious people out there. Never have I been left hanging (ahem Banner, who took a year to get my well woman billing correctly submitted for payment to my carrier and billed me $800 in the interim) and when I call Candee or message the portal I get a same day response. Candee has helped me lose weight, fix my A1-c and cholesterol, and has gotten my preventive work all done in record time. I now have a CPAP machine and sleep well for the first time in years.
