I just let it go. However, the next two negative experiences have motivated me to take my business elsewhere. I'm an honest person who doesn't stand for being ripped off. I went to my storage with my key, the guy saw me struggling on the camera and came with WD to spray the lock but I accidentally bent the key. He tried to say it was the wrong key and tried to get me to have them cut the lock and buy a new one. I went home got my second key an exact replica of the one he said was t their key and opened it no problem. I Wasn't happy with the attempt to rip me off but I let that go. Now after updating my credit card info last month they say I was no longer on auto pay and charged me a late fee this month saying I canceled autopay which I did not. Total lie. I'm leaving this month and saving money so thank you and your corporate greed as it has motivated me to move to a more convenient spot and save $. Yay! It will more than make up for the rip off of which they will not get a second chance. At least not from me.
