Love coming here with beers with friends! I'm not a big craft beer person but these beers are always so good. Always a good variety on tap and Togo. Food is great as well.

I think the location for this brewery leaves a bit to be desired being right along the busy highway, but the beers have always been quite good and definitely worth a stop on our way through Latrobe. The inside however is quite nice, clean modern and new. They have an open kitchen and a diverse menu. I ordered the ridge runner a tasty hazy IPA. My other half had a pale ale and the Vanilla Porter. The porter was really good. Expanding my experiences and getting into some dark beers lately and this was a keeper. They have lots of table seating along with bar seating. Several televisions to watch sports and entertain yourself. Worth the stop for sure, great beer!

Great brews, great food and great people! Unity brewing has some of the most creative, delicious craft beers I've ever had. They also offer a few wine and cocktail specials for those who aren't that into beer. Unity Brewing has a wide variety of food options and they are not to be missed. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The night I came in there was live music, which was a nice touch. They typically offer live music or game nights throughout the month which is fun. I would highly recommend coming here for the fun atmosphere, beer, cocktails, and food!

Either I was extremely hungry and would eat anything or this is the best burger I've ever had. I'm gonna go with option two. I love how the kitchen is right in front of the bar so you can watch them make your food. Mac & cheese is also to die for! Try their pumpkin beer too when it's on tap. They coat the rim with cinnamon and sugar and it's just heavenly. Nothing bad to say about my visit here. Will be back!

What a gem!!! We're visiting from out of town, but Unity made us feel right at home. Maura is an absolutely delight!- kind, patient, knowledgeable, funny, and the life of the party. TJ makes the best food, and Kevin brings it all together with his warmth and positivity. I cannot say enough nice things about this amazing spot. Do yourself a favor and visit as soon as you can. Try the Vanilla Bean Blond and the pretzels.

Stopped in after Steelers training camp to try this place out. It's not a huge space, but it was busy inside. They serve food apparently and the cook area was right in the bar area. They had a band getting ready to play when I arrived. I only had one beer but it was pretty good. It was something that I normally would never order, it was a peach/vanilla bean cold brew blonde. Definitely not my normal beer but the server allowed me to sample it as his suggested choice and I ordered one. I felt bad for the younger server as he seemed to be handling most of the patrons and kept apologizing for any delay. I know he was the only person who checked in on me despite another person working with him. I did order some soft pretzel sticks with beer cheese. The pretzels were as you would expect from frozen. I wasn't a fan of the beer cheese at all, it just was not good. All in all I would go back, try some other drinks and not get the pretzels.

    Mussels ... so good , I couldn't get a pic of a full serving !

This was our first trip here. It's not officially on the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour but we walked away with a stamp in our passport books. This was a good brewery. The beers were good. I had tried several which were all good but the lager was my favorite. I purchased a Crowley of it for home. Service was quick and very friendly. They have small section for sitting inside and outside. They have food options as well.

We had a nice time here. Bartenders greeted us kindly and let us sample different beers to make sure we found the right one. We didn't have to order food here but we glanced at the menu. I found a pale ale that I liked a lot. I ended up ordering the Mac n cheese and I liked it a lot. It was a large portion. Great food to go with beer. I like the open format where you can see the chef's making the food. The chef even came around to see how we liked the food. So good atmosphere, clean, pretty good beer, and tasty food. We'll definitely be back to try this brewery out again.

We tried Unity Brewing today for the first time and we were super impressed. Though we just ordered take out because of COVID-19, we were able to see around the inside at pick up and it is beautiful! The facility is so cool and I can't wait to visit once everything reopens! The staff that helped us were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. We ordered a bunch of food over the phone and asked for beer to go when we picked up, which they were happy to accommodate. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food and drinks we had. We ordered the goat cheese dip, forest mushrooms, house burger, and petit filet sandwich. The goat cheese dip was ADDICTIVE. Same with the forest mushrooms. They were seasoned perfectly and very meaty. When it came to our sandwiches, both were cooked absolutely perfectly. We asked for medium rare and they were spot on, exactly what we wanted. All of the food was high quality, and not at all greasy. For beer, we ordered the nectar and the lemon lime electro sour. Both were great! I'm not at all a beer person but I LOVED the sour. We were so happy with our experience and can't wait to visit again!

    The most delicious beer ever.

This brewery is a hidden gem! The beer is great! I especially like the Vanilla Blonde Ale. The atmosphere is great, the food options are varied and all looked good. There is plenty of room to sit inside or out and even though there were a lot of people there it was not loud. I now stop and pick up a 4 pack almost everytime I pass by. Highly recommend!

Amazing food.....good music Mac n cheese is enough for two

Went here after golfing with a buddy and had a solid IPA and a pretty good Oktoberfest. The variety available is good enough that most people should be able to find something they like. A really nice outdoor seating area with a couple of fire tables and Adirondack chairs makes it comfortable and inviting. I happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon and I think a football game was going on or just ended because there were a bunch of unsupervised kids running around the tables. Not that they were over the top obnoxious, but they were definitely distracting. Other than the timing, I enjoyed the ambiance of the place and the beers were good enough that I'd gladly make the 40 minute drive down again. 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

We initially were stopped in our tracks by the doors being locked and the business being closed which was a surprise to us because I had read on Yelp the hours were 4-10ish but we'd later find out that was more like 4ish to 10ish. Haha! We were bummed and as we were walking back to the Jeep to head somewhere else, I sparked up a conversation with a couple gentlemen from the area who were in the parking lot. They were waiting to go inside as well and assured us that the owner would be there soon. So we chatted about beers and breweries and then boom, the owner pulled in. We found out that she had to pick up an order she had placed at Sam's Club and while doing that a girl had called off, so totally understandable. We all helped her unload the stuff she bought for the bar and then she served us an ice cold Halleck Pale Ale in frosted mugs from Chestnut Brew Works, which sadly enough I'd never had until then, Wow was it was tasty! Thanks Shorty for the recommendation. It's now on my favorite list. After chatting it up with the locals we happened to find out to our surprise that a guy we grew up with now lived in the area and made friends with the locals since they were all super good musicians. So they called him up and he came down and had a beer with us before we had to head out. They played us their new music on the jukebox and it was very good and we also met a local guy who had just been inducted into the WV Music Hall Of Fame. Damn, these are the days I live for! Listen, this place is 100% awesome! The owner Laura is amazing, the locals are kind and friendly, the beer is super cold and mostly local but some of your other favorites too, she makes her own wine and it's on tap, the food looks good, she supports locals businesses as well by purchasing their stuff for resale, it's roomy and they have a pool table. It's a super cool place and I can't wait to go back and hang out again and grab a pizza from the pizzeria next door. Sláinte!

We came in to get drinks to go with our food (we got food from the food truck outside "Firebox"). The food from Firebox was good and it was a generous portion for the price. The drink options that were not beer were limited, and half of those options on the menu weren't available. My partner got the berry chocolate stout and said it was "pretty good". We hoped to sit outside, but the only available table had broken glass all over it from a busted door. It does have convenient parking and I liked the industrial decor. The service was good and the lady was very nice. One thing I will point out is that one of our glasses had pink lipstick on it from a previous customer. But if you only want beer and a place to chill - it might be just right for you.

I also appreciate the ample outdoor seating available. Always a big plus for me, even if the outdoor area is really just tables set up on the sidewalk overlooking the parking lot - as it is in this case. The service was fine. It wasn't crazy busy there but the bartender had a little edge to her like we were more on an annoyance than a patron. They have a refill club where you can buy a mug and get your name printed on it with discounted refills. Again I appreciate that kind of thing, but the bartender seemed way more interested in some of the regulars than us. Just the vibe she gave off that night I guess. And lastly the beer...it's solid. Not great, but solid. Lots of darker beers which is fine for me personally, but the darks outnumbered the IPAs, pilsners, etc the night we were there. I'd expect a little more variety. Still, it's good enough that I'd go back next time I'm in Cumberland, but not so good that I'd make a special trip out of my way.
