Called weekly for a month. 50% of the time left messages. 50% of the time his answering machine said "The mailbox is full and can not accept messages." And we got NO response at all. I read another review (afterwards) saying that they think MTZ went out of business because they never answer the phone. And I see there is another review talking about Frank with MTZ. We called and asked for a "Frank" too and left a message. No return call from that either. Be careful, the sell job is good and then he completely disappears. You've been warned.

When it came time for the actual work to proceed, Kim was there with a watchful eye. While clearly her crew knew exactly what to do, on a few occasions I saw Kim with an outstretched arm pointing toward something that didn't meet her standard. On the following day when an outside contractor came to acid wash the pool, he told me that "I work for a lot of pool finishing companies, and this finished is as good as it gets, smooth as could be." Lastly, I met with many pool finishing companies, Sanchez Pools are extremely fair, actually a real bargain for the results you get. Between Kim's knowledge and help, their finished product and price, Sanchez Pools is a real trifecta and would encourage anyone to reach out to them.

After we hired a local pool company to remodel and start up our pool, We knew something was wrong…read morebecause they were claiming they were performing a startup all week yet only arrived a couple days and didn't bring anything with them except for a net/ broom only a couple times and only put a little bit of chlorine. I asked Juan, who was cleaning our neighbors pool to come over and check the chemicals for us. He did at no charge and turns out our new pool had no chemicals in it and was not brushed at all...and had plastered dust all over the bottom. If you know, when you first pebble a pool, it must be brushed to eliminate that plaster dust. For this reason we hired Juan because he's very knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable with him. His prices are great. I will refer him to everyone!

We really appreciated how quickly they made the changes. This recent resurfacing was quick, efficient and executed with precision and great results!!! They basically built a brand new pool as the only part salvageable from our existing pool was the gunite pool shell. That included building a new baja shelf, new coping, new pool plumbing/equipment/heater, and re-plastering with pebble sheen. We love our new pool and visitors are always impressed with how beautiful it looks. I also want to give out a special recognition to our project manager Sam. He was so easy to work with through the whole process. He answered questions quickly when we contacted him and went the extra mile to help us out on multiple occasions. Would definitely recommend!
