Arizona Ironworks has been a nightmare to deal with. They replaced the gates at my house. Not happy…read morebut the real issue is the lack of communication and poor workmanship. When they installed the gate to the park at my home they secured the bottom of the gate to the left by adding in a metal plate to secure the fence where the gate was. I asked them if they can secure the rest 10 posts of the fence. They sent me an invoice number 202412 for 608.06 on 8/7/22 he send email asking to fix posts on back fence. At end of job I paid it as they said they could secure 6 of the 10 posts and 4 were good. They did not do an adequate job and I called the next day asking them if they actually did the work? They said they did and I paid that invoice when I paid all the rest of the invoices. Then after multiple calls and an email on 9/6/22 to Tyler Arnouldsen and finally an email back from him. He told me they could NOT secure the fence the 6 posts so I requested my money back for that additional work in amount of 608.06 with no response. I've reached out 3 times. No response. He said the owner BRENT came out but he didn't call me either. I asked them via email on 9/6 to please refund it since they can't fix it. NO answer No response. They kept my money and won't refund it for work they didn't do adequately.
