What a find! Ken is terrific. We have an old home and the interior brass hardware is looking a little down on its luck. I brought over one of the door assemblies thinking that there would be no way the oxidation and wear and tear could be made to look new. Ken was great to work with and did a great job on my cobra stainless steel side pipes. I called him and told him what I wanted. He asked me to to text him a couple photos. He promptly got back to me with a price. Since traffic in the bay area is so bad during the week, he agreed to meet me at his shop the following Saturday. I showed up at the agreed upon time and he was there waiting for me. He turned on his buffer and spent a few minutes buffing out a section to show me what they'd look like when done and to make sure that I'd be happy with the finish. He also confirmed the price which was $50 cheaper than what he quoted me on the phone. He called me back on Tuesday to let me know that the sidepipes were finished. He mentioned that he had to drive to Tracy on Wednesday so he agreed that he could deliver the pipes to me in my hometown of Livermore on his way. On Tuesday he called to confirm what time he'd be here. He proudly unwrapped the sidepipes and showed me the great job that he'd done polishing them. I couldn't have been happier. His prices were reasonable, the end result was excellent, and he kept me informed every step of the way as we arranged meeting times and locations. He also said that if the pipes needed touched up after I have the muffler sections welded to the header section to let him know and he'd be happy to "touch them up."
