ZERO STARS: "PYITE67" it won't let me post Zero "UNIVERSAL STOP IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME FOR YOUR HARD EARNED CASH 2 B SPENT AT" Look I'm not a total asshole, but I have to tell you my story. I started shopping there the 1st week in July maybe more towards the 10th of the month. I purchased a whip it whipped cream dispenser and 200 chargers and had a good time and I went back a few more times for chargers and purchased another 200 chargers @ a time and went to it again. So then I went back to get a new vaporizer and got one of those double battery things 50W sub ohm and Arctic tank and it worked great and was totally Happy. Then the problems started to occur. The whip cream dispenser started leaking wicked amounts of gas and it was wasting it more and more. So I go to talk to Them and the Guy that owns the place is oh I'm so sorry, but there's nothing I can do for you cause they don't do anything for US! And I was like well maybe you should by better products instead of plastic topped containers and he said well that's now my Job? And I'm like what???? So I get some more gas and pretty much waste 1/2 of it. And then the tank on the vaporizer cracked and I tried to get them to do something about that and they wouldn't. So I purchased another tank. And that worked fine up until this week. The battery stopped keeping a charge and the button wasn't working properly. I tried to charge it and the charging port or mini USB port wasn't charging at all. So I went back last night to tray and talk to them 1 last time and it fell upon Deaf Ears again. So I'm in here telling anyone who will listen too me I spent $800 over the course of 3 months. I was pretty much robbed and it's a family business and I have nothing good. Except for the guy that opens in the morning with the thick beard sorry I never got your name brother but he was really super nice to me. And was going to deliver stuff to me at my house but I told him I'll get to him. And then there's the short fret haired guy whoa is a total Dick! And the nephew or cousin who is caught in the middle. He just couldn't do anything and make up his own mind, Very SAD ILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE WHO SHOPS THERE NOT TO. Cause you'll run into problems and that'll be it and you'll be upset and feel burned as I do. I just wanted good CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL. Nothing more at all. I've been here a few times Previously because they're close to my work and my experience was good however I brought my electric bike to work today and decided to take a ride and get some juice. I walked my bike inside the store because it's very expensive and I don't want it to get stolen. One of the workers was walking outside to smoke as I put the kickstand down and stepped away from my bike and told me that I can't bring my bike inside. I asked if I should go somewhere else and he snapped back real quick with "yeah, go somewhere else and break their windows." Ironically enough there was an empty electric wheelchair inside the store and I work for a glass company!! So obviously he had an issue with me Personally for some reason. no one that works there were wearing masks and he was smoking right outside the door to the store. I will never go back here and suggest if you're reading this to go somewhere else that offers better service! read more

Great store and selection. Staff is friendly. Prices are good though the discounting practice (they say "for you, it will be $") across the board is a little weird. I don't mind discounts, but real discounts and not just based on the fact that I'm there, have 2 legs and 2 arms and hold a credit card. Unfortunately, they will not see me again after today. Why? Well, they sold me a defective product around 10am this morning (an herb tank for a Snoop Dogg vaporizer). It worked great once, but the 2nd time I went to use it, it did not work. I noticed that the rubber cap (that holds the coil) was actually loose when I took it apart the 2nd time. I could not get it to fire up again, so I took it back to the store at 4pm (same day.) I had my receipt. Same guy. Recognized me. BUT the thing is that they don't like it when you return a used product they cannot sell again (this time, because it was defective.) I had to insist, then say I would put up a bad review on Yelp if push comes to shove. The sales guy checked and the rubber cap on the replacement tank was NOT loose like on the defective one he'd sold me this morning (they are NEVER like that). I thought we were all done when the guy started looking at the defective tank and said "it looks like it's been used more than once" , "is that the one I sold you this morning?" What?!! Was he actually saying that? Was he actually insinuating I was lying and trying to return an old tank!! As he tried to "explain" their policy, I lost my cool a bit, so the guy told me to be quiet so to not disturb other customers. Then HE started really gradually raising his own voice more and more because I did not want to hear his explanation of the store policy...! By then he was speaking louder than me, and he'd lost 1 good customer. I spent about $200-300 at that store in the past few months. This is the first time I return something. So I wasn't impressed. If this is the kind of customer service I can expect after all the purchases I made there, especially on the 1st item I ever return, then I don't think this is a good place to buy, unless you're buying something you know will not break, or you won't want to return. The guy should really have apologized, been nice and not insinuated I was trying to screw them. Wow! I hope they don't do this too often or they will hurt their own business. My advice if you go there and buy any durable goods, put them on a credit card which handles chargeback easily and in your favor... read more

Honestly, this place has the coolest workers. Since it is a family business, the atmosphere over there is so friendly and light-hearted. I felt like I asked too many stupid questions but they were so patient with me. I feel as though some of the customers are rude and even the most polite people can't be the friendliest with people like them. There were these two people in the store asking about the pipes they had in stock and the customer was so rude and he kept rudely cutting the skinner, taller guy off. I think if you're polite then you'll get the politeness back tenfold. I can't believe that the negative reviewers went to the same store. The shorter bulkier gentlemen (I think his name was John), was very knowledgeable with any questions I had about the vapes and about the different types of hookahs they had. I was interested in one of the vapes but thanks to the knowledge he had of his products, he let me know the one I wanted was defective and was not a wise choice. He recommended the Snow Wolf 75 watts, which was a cheaper but better alternative. It's been 2 months and I have not had one problem with it, though I've dropped it hundreds of times. On top of that, he offered to fix my vape should it act up. Oh and on a side note... I now only get my water from them. They literally live up to their name,whether it's for phones, water, gadgets, or smokes. Also another side note... they have unbeatable pricing for their products, especially their cigarettes. Absolutely wonderful experience. This is our new place. My man is quitting smoking so we were looking for liquid nicotine to lower his addition so he can stop smoking. We looked up Universal Stop on yelp and saw the great reviews. Moses is so friendly and helpful. He was generally interested in Steve's well being and helped us to understand the process of decreasing nicotine dosages. We also purchased alkaline water at an unbelievable price. I found this smokeshop about a year ago when I gave up smoking. They turned me onto a hookah. Every time I go in there and I have a problem with my gadget? Ha ha they're the first ones ready to help assist me fix it and show me the best alternatives. Owner is extremely friendly and pleasant. So is the other guy, Davit (?). Excellent service. THEY HAVE PH WATER!!! $1 a gallon. They also sell the glass bottles for the ph water. If you are interested in good health, get this ph water which I think the owner said is filtered 16 times - ask him, he'll explain very patiently. Ph water reduces acidosis, should be part of a regular diet. Shop also sells cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and smoking accessories, also hookahs etc. Also, they have cellphones and related merchandise. Didn't have time to check out the tablets in the glass display. Owner really designed the store well - extremely clean and well-laid out. I'm glad this store is now on our street. Come check it out. They deserve lots of customers. WATER CARD - owner implemented a loyalty program where he stamps your card and after so many water purchases, you get a freebie. Great signage.
