Father told me that I didn't need the insurance cause I had my own. But it was actually a paper to have a 48 hour warranty for a fee. I would of taken that. He told me to decline because I had insurance. That was my bad for not reading but these people do not seem to be honest people. I believe the reviewer that they sell lemon buy backs. There are no matter what time of day you stop in it's always a ridiculously long line and hardly any staff. If there is staff they aren't helping. Have 2 worker taking members is crazy work. I've closed all my accounts with Patelco except my savings account since I still have my auto loan with them. That too will be closed as soon as I pay my car off. I honestly cannot recommend Patelco. There are better credit unions out there. I am also flustered with way they handled accounts when Patelco got hacked. The ATMS are always out of order etc.. I could go on and on. I value my time when doing business anywhere and this isn't it.
