He needed a reliable car but the one we had over 250k miles being an early 2002 model Suv. We were scouring the internet and found a particular Luxury car with low miles and a reasonable price of the low 10's. We did a drive up to Sac town to take a test drive. We took it for a spin and our contact person, Mike; was very helpful and answered all the necessary questions that were not on Car Fax. I wasn't too thrilled it was a Salvaged title only lot but it seemed that that particular car had a Bumper fender bender was a "total loss" Salvaged title. We learned on the way out there was another "Luxury" car that was a little newer and had no particular damage, however it was stolen and taken for a joyride but eventually returned to the owner. Long story short, no physical damage but around the same price point but newer. Mike even told us he'd knock off a little like 10% if we were interested. We thought about it for a few days and did our research for the 2nd car and made our way back to Sac Town to ultimately drive away with the vehicle. It was covered for 90 days warranty and we went ahead took the car home. Within days we found out that it needed new tires in back, a new Battery, and a leaking radiator. We also needed new brakes since it was metal on metal. Mike the sales man met us 1/2 way and ordered the radiator and we took care of the rest of the maintenance and service work done on car. All in all I would had given it 3 stars for the experience, but with Mike and his constant communication and easy there was no more surprises at the time of purchases. Remember to check Vin numbers and take it for a spin and make sure they answer all the questions. Definitely glad we took a chance on this lot and we never felt pressured or buyers remorse.

I gave them a call, and they were able to get me in for an appointment within just 15 minutes, which already impressed me. When I arrived with my family, we were immediately welcomed and taken care of by Robert, one of their product specialists. From the start, Robert stood out. He was upfront, transparent, and didn't try to pressure us into anything. What really made the experience special, though, was his attitude--super positive, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just making a sale. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. And the best part? He got us approved and out of there in just about 2 hours! That kind of efficiency is rare, especially when buying a car. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Integrity Auto Sales to anyone--especially if you think you might not get approved or feel unsure about the process. They really work with you and do their best to make it happen. If you go, make sure you ask for Robert... and tell them Aida sent you!

When I purchased the 2011 Honda Odyssey, I immediately informed the owner that I smelled oil. He assured me that the vehicle had just received an oil change and that the smell was simply from excess oil that had spilled during the service. Based on his explanation, I took him at his word. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing several problems. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he told me not to worry and instructed me to take the van to his mechanic. He promised that all of the problems would be fixed and that I would not have any further issues with the vehicle. I towed the van approximately 200 miles to his mechanic's shop. However, after arriving, it appeared that little to no work was performed. The mechanic simply parked the vehicle, later claiming it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, the original problems were still present. I also do not understand how this vehicle passed its smog inspection. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on during my drive home. The next day, I took the van to a smog shop, and the technician told me that there was no way the vehicle should have passed inspection in its current condition. According to the technician, it appeared that whoever approved the smog certification either had connections or was improperly influenced. The owner repeatedly promised that he would have the vehicle repaired at no cost to me and that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled, and the issues with the van remain.
