I came to Everest for the first time a week after my accident to test drive their dodge Durango, we had no luck getting it due to low downpayment (I have bad credit and my partner has good credit) they couldn't make it work we needed more down. A month later we went back to try again with more money down our sales man salim helped us with the best respect and customer service. He made it work, sadly I wasn't able to be on the loan due to my credit being extremely low but he did everything he could and got my partner signed alone!! Which is amazing thank you salim for getting us into a reliable car as fast as possible this business has helped so much THANK YOU !!

BEWARE. They buy from an auction and do not have anything checked out. Pressure wash it and put it on the lot. Sold a warranty that covers nothing and has been in shop since it was bought. Cracked engine block read more

No dice on this place, I got a vehicle from here and not even a week later check engine light came on and took it to the dealer to see what was wrong. Turned out the engine was bad and they won't do nothing about it. Now I gotta pay for a vehicle that don't work and a new engine out of my own pocket. read more

My wife and I were shopping for a car for my 17-year old daughter. We were driving down Fulton and I am SO GLAD we stopped at Everest. George and the guys were very helpful, honest, and got us into a beautiful all black 2013 VW Jetta. They are a family run business and are very ethical in the way they run it. They were very accommodating when I wanted to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and negotiated a great price for the car. I'll be needing a car for myself next year and I'm definitely going back to Everest. Highly recommended! read more

LOVE MY NEW TOYOTA BABY!! I searched all over America online to find the perfect 2004 Toyota Sequoia to suite my exact wants and needs. I came across Everest Auto and their Awesome reviews! This place has awesome guys to help you!! I called and said I wanted this exact vehicle, and then I drove 2hrs to go to this place. Even tho small, amazingly maintained good looking used vehicles. 10/10 would recommend this auto center. The deals are amazing and George, the owner is such a kind and helpful person. We drove over 80 miles to get to this auto center. There are great deals here and it seems like the best deal in the town. We looked at the neighboring auto-centers and the deals did not compare to Everest auto center. I can't believe this place as had bad reviews. The experience we had could not have been better! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We rang before to say we were coming to look at a particular car and they kept it for us to see despite other interest. We test drove and decided to buy. Everything was processed well. They couldn't do enough to help us, getting the car ready, sorting out the reg plate when we asked. We then had some trouble sorting out insurance and they let us use an office and stayed open longer than normal whilst we sorted it out, Said they would rather we were sorted and happy than go home. Overall we have a great car and had great service - couldn't ask for more! read more

Fair dealers who actually care about the customers. Bought a car recently and it was in good condition. It's used so it had it's little dents but I didn't mind they work with your credit. Cars are fairly price between 6k to 20k and they have popular brands like Mercedes and Bmw. I highly recommend looking up their website to check for the cars you need. read more

I recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Sequoia for $7000 cash from George at everest auto on Friday, March 22nd. The following Friday, March 29th the car completely broke down on the side of a busy intersection with my 3 children as well as myself inside of the vehicle. I had AAA tow the now junk car to Maita Toyota, where I payed for an inspection of the vehicle. Turns out there is over $4500 worth of maintenance needed on the car that I had just payed George $7000 for the prior week. I took the Maintenance summary over to Everest Auto (where I had purchased the car the prior week) to show George. Not only did George think that it was funny that the car had broken down with my 3 children and I inside, he also insisted that he is NOT goin to fix the vehicle nor do ANYTHING to help the situation. When he sold me the vehicle he stated that it was in PRESTINE CONDITION and that it would last a lifetime. The vehicle did not even make it to the end of the month. (3 days shy of April). I am currently taking legal action to make sure that NOBODY ever ends up being bamboozled out of money by this establishment for a vehicle the way that I was. I would never recommend that anybody invest their hard earned American dollars at this remarkably dishonest establishment. read more

Customer service wasn't all that good. I just wish I paid more attention to my gut feeling when it had told me to walk away the moment the owner started pressuring me about purchasing a vehicle I was looking at. I understand I still could have walked away but he kept assuring me that he was selling great cars that will last me a long time and I had nothing to worry about. Plus I really needed a commuter so I had settled. Long story short I ended up purchasing the car to find out that the car was burning oil NONSTOP. I thought it was just maybe because it was sitting at the lot for awhile and it just needed an oil change or needed oil added. So I ended up getting an oil change to come and find out that I was still having to add oil every 100 to 150 miles. Check the oil display after 100 miles and there will literally be only a little at the end let alone the car will keep telling me to add oil. I now have to keep buying oil just so I dont blow my motor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sure it is a hit and miss. But if they're willing to sell vehicles to customers when the vehicle don't perform like they're suppose to and leaving customers stranded after purchase, then who knows what else they're capable of. Take your money else where. I found out a couple days later because I came home, parked the vehicle for two to three days until I began commuting for work in it and that's when it all happened. I want to contact them but from the previous reviews of the owner not complying, there's no point in trying to contact the owner knowing the outcome. For the guy who gave this place one star. First....do your homework and realize that these dealerships buy from auctions, and realize you just bought a BMW. So, that being said, you bought an unreliable car.....a BMW, and you can't expect perfection when you buy used. I had no problem with my purchase from Everest and got it for under blue book. As far as the folks there, they are good people and my purchase was easy. It is what it is! read more

I just purchased my new Subaru Outback from these guys. Salim and George were very helpful and accommodating. They held the car for me over the weekend since my mechanic was not open until the following Monday to check it out. The car I looked at was a complete garbage. When I pointed out the flaws (ripped and missing interior and so on) the salesguy even started yelling a me, telling me how great the engine was... a polished turd is still a turd! Except you don't polish them! Avoid this place at all costs. ...BMW unreliable? Are you kidding me. read more

I financed my 2004 Audi A4 here and I am absolutely in love with it. There was a couple of problems with my car (it is a used car) but they were willing to help me out and get everything fixed for me. They also care about your safety so they point out what needs to be fixed and do what ever they can to get it fixed. I also got a tire that needed fixing switched out and for free. I love my car!!! read more

NICE CARS AND EVEN BETTER PEOPLE! Over the weekend I contacted George regarding a 2006 Honda CR-V he had for sale. The vehicle was for my wife's Dad. The vehicle was priced right and appeared to be in pristine condition. Dad and I drove to look at the vehicle on Tuesday and we spoke with Salim since George was not at the dealership. The CR-V was nicer in person than the actual description from their website. We took the vehicle and had an inspection done and came back and bought it. A good family business with cars that are priced to sell. I can't thank them enough for all of their help. If you are shopping around for a car, SUV, they will have it. I just bought my first car at Everest and everyone there was so nice and helpful. They didn't have the exact car I was looking for when I went in but then they talked me into getting another car that is probably better than the one that I got. All of their cars were very detailed and once we bought mine, they offered to clean it up and did a fantastic job at washing the windows and leaving no sticker residue. I was also very happy that they did the DMV paperwork for me so I didn't have to go into the DMV on a different day. Very good auto shop read more

I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

I purchased my SUV from Mirage Auto Sales April 2019 for $10k ($13k after taxes & warranty). Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!

While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. And now have to find and pay for a lawyer. please save yourself the stress and never purchase from this untrustworthy dealer.

We notified Hertz as soon as we started having issues as the 1st 2 weeks of having the car we didn't drive it much since it was a birthday present for our daughter. Basically was told "to bad so sad, you bought the car as is"... I feel they knew there was an issue and sold it anyway. I asked to see the service paperwork but of course they don't have it.

I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. And now have to find and pay for a lawyer. please save yourself the stress and never purchase from this untrustworthy dealer.

I called to set up a test drive and met Hector and Lianna upon arrival. Hector showed me around the shop and took me on a tour like it was my first day on the job. It was a nice touch and is a great way to ease tension between buyer and seller that is common when car shopping. After the tour we sat and talked and he proactively told me the car I was interested in was a salvage title. Proactively! While most dealers would avoid this important detail unless asked he told me upfront and unprompted. Talk about a way to gain trust from a customer. I did the test drive and the atmosphere was laid back from beginning to end. After a few more days of shopping I decided to buy. We stayed in communication and was able to plan payment, pickup, etc without any pressure. This car was a present and was financed through a bank that took several days to pay. Hector was very flexible working with me getting the car home and letting me know how to proceed with payment every step of the way. Everyone I interacted was professional and friendly - Hector, Lianna, and all the mechanics. This is the 9th car I have purchased and easily the best experience. Great deal, Great people, Great all around.

I was having issues with a strong exhaust smell in the cab of my…read more2013 Chevy Equinox, and was in search for a trustworthy mechanic to take a look and hopefully repair any problems before an upcoming SoCal roadtrip that I was taking with my family. I used Yelp to put a blanket request for the Sacramento area, and Stress Free Auto reached out right away! I was able to take my car in first thing the next morning and was greeted in such a friendly and warm way. Knowing they had a few jobs ahead of me, they called a niiiice Lyft and made sure I got home free of charge! From there the communication was excellent. There were continual texts that provided information about their progress not only with searching for the main problem, but also a general overall inspection of my vehicle. Once complete they sent me an estimate, I called to coordinate which things I wanted repaired/addressed, and they sent over a finalized quote that I signed immediately. It was quick, informative, and quite literally stress free The main problem was a cracked exhaust manifold. Seems like an extensive repair, right? Well, they let me know later that afternoon that they were done! Amazing same day service! Absolutely incredible. It's been a month since the repair and I haven't had any issues. So, in my book, that's a job well done! The only small gripe I have is the cost. Again, it was same day service, so it's understandable that I might have paid more than I would have at another local shop, but they did offer a discount on the initial inspection cost. Some other shops roll the inspection cost into the cost of repairs, but unfortunately Stress Free doesn't do that. Plus, a couple of suggested repairs were somewhat of a laughable cost. If memory serves, they quoted me around $60 to replace wipers. I'm not sure if it was a quote for all 3, or just one, but I spent $15 on a wiper on the way home and installed it myself. Whatever, they are trying to make money! Despite my small price gripe, I will be using Stress Free in the future for any vehicle concerns I have!

Sold me a BMW and not even 3weeks later the car wont start and im looking at $2000+ of repairs for the car. I called them and they said yea you should call a mechanic because thats your car not ours.
