I decided to go ahead and do the testing there anyway as that was better than nothing, and I was pleasantly surprised. Tamara, Hilary, Allie, Leslie, and Akira all worked together in a quick and upbeat fashion to help me get the results I needed and sent them over to my doctor in real time. Because of this, I was able to go forward with the time-sensitive medical procedure that I so needed. These women are genuine, caring, friendly, and extremely good at their jobs. I love this place, and I will definitely go here again if I need another ultrasound!

I filled out some paperwork on a tablet (I know, Fancy, huh) and then I was called back to the back. The lady who helped me was very helpful and super sweet to me. She talked me through the process, which helped me relax a bit. It actually wasn't as bad as I've heard. I will keep returning to this location for my mammograms in the future.

I was a walk in patient. There were two people ahead of me. I signed in, filled out paperwork and was told it wouldn't be long. Then two other people walked in. They were all taken back while I was left sitting. I asked how much longer and was told the other two had appointments but it wouldn't be much longer, maybe 20 minutes. It was way longer than 20 minutes. I finally got back into a room. Vitals were taken and then I had to wait for a "nurse" to come in to take my information. For someone in that position to not know what a very well known prescription was so she could type it into my information surprised me. Then for her to not know what congestive heart failure was when we were going over family history, really worried me (about what she does and doesn't know). Again, I waited a long time but the practitioner came in. She was nice enough, but still didn't seem to understand my problem and was very little help. They ran two tests, both of which I had to do the test itself, MYSELF, handing it to them when I was done. They told me it would take two days to get back the results (of which I paid extra to get the lab work sent off). This was on a Thursday. This is now Monday night, I have called repeatedly today-Monday-and they still won't call me back with my results. I did talk to someone there, but they had to get someone up front to call me with the results, to which no one ever called. They also told me when I was there that they would call in a prescription for an antibiotic and for me to pick it up if symptoms started getting worse. I called today (Monday) and nothing was ever called in. They fell down on the job all of the way around. Basically, if it was something very serious, I could be in real trouble by now. This was single handedly the WORST medical experience I have ever had.

The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as "in process." When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.

I was asked this by the other 2 people working there while I was there (I was there for over an hour because it takes me a long time to decide on frames). After picking out my frames I did get my lenses and price for them, a bit expensive due to them not accepting my EyeMed insurance, which was an error on my part reading the wrong location online. That is the only negative aspect of this was them not accepting my eye insurance. They seem to work with everyone, insurance or not, to get a better price than the base price. I was there long enough to see and hear interactions with other customers and I wasn't the only one who was waited on quickly and helped throughout their process. I picked up my glasses a few day's earlier than anticipated, Sally who assisted me did say it would be less than two weeks. She was great by the way! I was assisted immediately walking in even though he was already helping other people and another person walked in also behind me and was greeted just as nicely. This employee seemed to be the only one there at the time but still was helpful and very nice. My glasses fit great which is such a relief after a couple of years of glasses being such a mess. So she lives in North Augusta which is about 45 min away. we had confirmation that our appointment was moved to 4:30. We tried calling theM,, they didn't answer, which was weird but she figured they were busy. Most of us were coming frOm different towns. Well, they were not there the place was closed. At 4:15 on a Thursday. This is NOT the only time I've seen this complaint like this about this business. It seems that they delete every rating on FB that's less than 5 stars, that's obvious. And they're attitudes...horrible.

When we arrived, the studio itself was absolutely adorable--everything was personalized with our information, and the setup immediately made us feel relaxed, welcomed, and excited. Unfortunately, during my first appointment, my baby decided he did **not** want to cooperate. Even though I scheduled for a time when he is normally very active, she tried absolutely everything to get him to move--gently talking us through the process, talking to my baby, offering me juice, having me get up and move around--she was so patient, kind, and determined to help us get good images. Despite all her efforts, baby still wouldn't cooperate, but she still sent me the photos/video from the appointment and offered a **free rescan**, which is honestly one of the best policies they could have. I was disappointed, of course, but it was through no fault of theirs. My rescan went AMAZING. I booked it for a different time of day, made sure baby was active beforehand, and this time we got absolutely beautiful pictures and videos. She was just as patient, sweet, and welcoming during the second appointment. Her soft, calming voice makes the whole experience feel warm and comfortable from start to finish. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place--I'm beyond happy with my experience and so thankful for the incredible service they provide.

Elizabeth Keen is the nutritionalist at the clinic, and she is great as well. She's very sweet, knows what she's talking about, and wants to help in any way she can. She works out of the downtown office and the wheeler office as well. I've been very pleased with my care here and can not say enough good things.

I've listened to scheduling people say they don't answer the phone when the clinic opens at 0830, they don't answer their phone until close to 0900-0930. The same individuals also openly admitted to no longer answering phones close to closing time =30-45 minutes prior to closing. This seems to be the pervasive attitude at this facility- I had a nurse "resolve " numerous patient message requests without ever speaking to me personally. When I threatened to speak to a patient advocate suddenly she was able to call me personally and communicate with me about my concerns. Which very easily could have been communicated in the patient portal. I saved the best for last: then you have the oncologist who is supposed to be the one that cares the most, right? Far from it. This oncologist is happy to let you wait for an unknown amount of time to have a surgeon or anyone but her reorder scans to check the status of said cancer even though she is medically managing said cancer. She doesn't care that I have no surgeon assigned to order said scans and no surgeon in the foreseeable future as my surgeon retired. She is happy to inflict unnecessary mental anguish, stress and anxiety on a cancer patient who has been anxiously awaiting the 6 month scans to determine the status of cancer. Her excuse is the surgeon knows the strength of the MRI and imaging machines he wants. BS my primary care has ordered almost every set of scans up to this point. So why won't my primary order these follow-up scans? Oh, because he referred me to the medical oncologist (the one listed above who refuses to order them and has been asked numerous times) to manage it. Who is being lazy and passing the buck onto another specialist. Well maybe medical oncologists don't order scans only surgeons do? Nope- there are multiple well known practices in Augusta that the Medical Oncologist orders the follow-up scans. Actually recently met with my new Medical Oncologists office and guess what one of the many things they will be ordering for me: follow-up scans to determine the status of cancer they will be medically managing. Refer to above comment before about the medical oncologist at this practice = she is being lazy and passing the buck. Honestly, there needs to be a special place in hell for individuals such as MDs or others that are given this "authority" and masquerading around in caring professions doing the exact opposite of that = not caring! This isn't a practice that genuinely cares about humanity and individual lives!!! I'm sorry I wasted so much of my time here. I am seeking care elsewhere with providers that might actually care about their patients not just about the profit that comes from our being unwell!!! You couldn't pay me to bring my worst enemy to this organization!! In short if you hope to be cared for by the individuals at this facility, especially specific medical oncologists - RUN don't walk from this place. They only care about the revenue that your sickness brings to their practice. But hey your revenue ensures said medical oncologist gets to drive a pretty sweet ride that she parks very close to the handicap parking in patient parking spots. So if you struggle to walk you may have to park farther away because the medical oncologist took the one closest to the door when she arrived before the clinic opened....
